Stairs a bit noisy

Very nice place, exactly as described; breakfast is included. The personnel is welcoming, everything was okay. I highly recommend.

The Air Conditioner was not working in my room, but with the change of temperature, I slept well.

The location is central to main attractions. That’s about it.

I booked this place for 7 nights; only stayed 1. The room I was placed in was absolutely abhorrent. There was dirt visible in the crevices, the wardrobe was dusty, the sheets had holes in them, pillow cases were beyond flat and heavily stained; the duvet was a joke; paint was peeling off the walls. I do not recommend staying here. When I voiced my grievances with the owner, he offered to move me to another room but I declined. If the first room was the benchmark in how they take care of their facilities; I didn’t need to see more. Unfortunately, my fees were not refundable.

We had a very quiet room on the 3rd floor. The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly. Overall this hotel is an excellent budget option.

Breakfast wasn't bad, and it was surprisingly included. For that reason, it was value for money. Close to the airport and major sights.

There was a cupboard which made passing to the other side of the bed difficult. The mattress is not comfortable. But the worst thing for me was the bathroom facilities. The shower holder was above an electric cable and not comfortable. There is no hot water and cold water after the first shower. The bathroom is not looking pleasing. Won't easily stay there again by choice.

Rooms very small with small single beds. Beds very old and not comfortable when sleeping on it. Beds not comfortable very old mattresses. Need to be changed. Breakfast not good at All. No room coffee or tea. No kettle. Nothing.

The breakfast was good

We found a previous guest’s underwear under the bed and there’s repairs needed in the bathroom. An odd sound kept coming from the bathroom which led to sleeping difficulty. Our key card didn’t work. Breakfast could have included some baked items like muffins/cupcakes/donuts etc. The bed covers were made poorly (just sheets and the inside of the comforter- no comforter cover).

It's clean ,big , value for money and exactly what is advertised

Difficulty to communicate as they speak Portuguese only .Only one staff member per shift can understandingand speak English a bit and not quite fluently so it's a struggle ,no iron in the rooms you have to ask the staff to iron for you.

The location was okay and the place in itself is clean n their food was delicious
