The lack of furniture and the care of the place. I assume that some of the previous clients have mishandled the apartment, but on a 4 stars place the plates were 2 without any bowl, the cutlery was very little, not even one bed lamp, a big hole on the wall. This place could definitely improve if better managed.

This flat is in a good place in Maputo close to the center and the main avenues. It is s bit far from downtown though. It is safe and had a spar not far away. It has a living room, a separate kitchen and a separate bedroom. It is a very tall building and each side will have different views. Mine was towards the sea and it was a good option: from the balcony one could see the sea. AC is of good quality and the WiFi works better in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedroom.

Well the last time we stayed here the house keeping staff stole our USB which we had used to play music and was inserted behind the TV unit. This time our car mirrors were stolen on the parking at night. This was reported to the receptionist and the security manager who took 4 hrs to show up and solve the problem. We had a problem on how mirrors were stolen around the premises while there were 2 security guards that night. We believe this was an inside job because no fence had been cut or damaged but there were foot prints on the inside and outside of the fence to show that 2 people were standing there. One from the outside and one from the inside. Whom we believe was the security guard who handed the mirrors to the one who was standing outside. It took almost the whole day for the issue to be resolved. We were tired and wanted to sleep since that night we had traveled to Ponta with friends to enjoy new years eve there when we returned in the morning only to find out that our car mirrors were missing and we couldn't sleep before we could resolve the issue.

This was our second stay at this property. The location is perfect. We like that it is close to the beach, malls and the Kwik spar just around the corner at a walking distance made our lives very easy when all other shops were closed it was the only shop open on a holiday. The rooms are spacious. We like that it is a self catering apartment, we made and enjoyed our own home cooked meals without having to rush for breakfast or restaurant cut off times. We enjoyed the space at the lounge while we were watching TV. We were also spoiled with a bottle of wine and a box of peanuts and rains with a message wishing us happy new year. I think the gesture was great. The receptionist was very helpful 👌 and was willing to assist us, we sorry we didn't take his name 😢

Building could be refurbished and modernised. Bathroom shower floor uneven and cheaply fixed, could do with a full refurbishment. The property overall needs to be modernised to capitalise on its prime location, an asset that needs TLC.

The couches in the lounge had a stale smell. The covers needs to be reapolstred or replaced with new ones

All rooms are bigger than usual, the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, kettle & stove, which are a big necessity. There's aircons in the lounge & bedrooms. The TV's in both the lounge & bedroom also a plus. The hotel has private parking across the road which is well guarded. There's also privacy. It felt like a home
