Very friendly staff and clean facility.

The bar is close to the rooms and the music plays whilst we need to sleep.

I liked that the staff was friendly and the facilities of the Rest Camp. In the room itself, I liked the big bathroom and the shower the most. Having a bar and restaurant just in front was convenient and it became quiet to an acceptable time.

The cleanliness could be better. On the floor of the room, I found at least two dozen dead and alive bugs, showing that no one cleaned the room on the day of arrival or at least checked if everything was fine. That bugs find their ways into rooms is usual and not the issue. But by the amount of dead bugs one could see that the last cleaning of the floors was some time ago. I was also very disappointed by the 'Asian menu' of the restaurant. Being vegetarian, I ordered a Veggie Chop Suey. I never experienced that a Chop Suey comes without noodles or rice. I paid N$90 for something that looked like frozen veggies being defrosted in a mircowave and served without any seasoning, carbs - nothing.

The location and its surroundings are filled with trees—it’s as if we were in a forest. I woke up to the sound of birds chirping, and it felt incredibly refreshing. We loved the breakfast also!

The only downside was that management got our booking dates wrong, so we had to move to a different guest house the next day

Good location and a lovely African setting

The girl who received me . I just forgotbher name but she was very kind Helped me with everything l needed. The outside area is nice . The supervisor . They allowed me to stay extra hours until 2PM for free because my flight was laiter in the evening .

The front desk . The bar and right in the front of the property . It's not esthetic at all . There is need for an inviting/ welcoming reception area

On the day we were supposed to check out of the accommodation, the staff were not there to serve us breakfast, even though they had said that breakfast would be ready from 07:00. It was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.

The parking can also be improved.
