The bed was quite firm, as were the pillows. The rooms are quite small.

Convenient to the water taxis and water transfers. Just a stroll away.

Easy to access breakfast in the morning with several choices available. There was a pleasant garden setting within the hotel with very helpful and friendly staff

Everything was excellent except the wifi. In room 530 the wifi was hopeless. We had to go down to the garden. The breakfast was good. The bacon and eggs was very tasty. Staff were excellent even had a bottle opener for wine.

Breakfast is s bit of a rip off. Prices options are confusing. Not refills for machine coffee/hot chocolate. Butter and bread don't appear super fresh from the day. Upgraded rooms are very small and rudimentary for the price. Lighting of the room is not accorded. Bed lamps have different bulbs from one side to the other. Some very bright (blinding)

It was a bit hard to find a place to eat. There are only a few restaurants nearby and small grocery shop next to the hotel.

Love the eco-friendly concept and staffs there are really helpful. A few minutes walk to marina and city market.

Good communication with staff, inc booking airport transfer. Fast response. Good supply of warm beverages and water at all times both in room and out. Breakfast really good and staff accomodating. Close to our boat transfer/marina

We didn't like that the airconditioning was not working and that we were not informed about this at check in. It did not detract from the comfort of the room at the time of year that we stayed, but could be a problem over summer.

We loved the location of the hotel and its funkiness.

The staff is very nice & helpful. It's located in the center of the city, close to the market of Noumea and Chinese street where you can buy a lot of stuffs. There is also good restaurant and cafe in front of the hotel:)

Bed was a little hard, but better than the lumpy worn out mattresses I had at more expensive Noumea hotels, and at least it was a proper double not two singles! Layout in the room was odd, but fine.

Super helpful staff, great decor, lovely patio, lovely breakfast, great value (by Noumea standards). Included tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room was a great touch. For those wondering (like I was!!) - the two Gondwana properties are at the same location, the Art property is the 2 star wing, and the Eco property is the 3 star wing. They share reception and the patio area.

Parking was limited and at a cost onsite. If you are lucky you can get on street parking for free in certain places.

Great Location and easy to find with google maps, close to wharf which was convenient, breakfast was very good.
