Ariane's breakfast basket was great. We appreciated the car and the orientation tour that Ariane took us on before driving us to the idyllic location of Forrester's cottages.

We experienced not only the great history of Norfolk, but visited some very nice restaurants, only thing is you must be very careful coming back to your Cottage at nite, as the roads, and lack of lighting into the property is a little concern. We managed very well, but someone who didn't like the drive in. Would need to be very careful, otherwise not a problem.

Apartment was very well appointed and very clean. We were met at the airport and the tour around the island from Ariane was most helpful. The hire car was an excellent 4WD - which is included in the booking. Apartment is located in a quiet location, with very nice views from the cliff tops. Great place to relax and use as a base to enjoy the island. Host checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful location. Comfortable furniture and beds. Foxtel. Full kitchen. One of the best views on the whole island. Great deck. Met at airport by Ariana who was the perfect host.

Getting there. No fault of the owners. The road and gravel track leading up to the accomodation was full of pot holes and uneven. No good for someone with a bad back.

The view was amazing. The cottage was fully equipped (a home away from home).

The front deck was great but will be even better once they have an awning as too hot to sit in the afternoon.

Stunning location, well equipped, lovely owners, private, comfortable, great bathroom... I could just rave on and on truly! Birds everywhere, grounds magnificent, spacious.. and still I could go on... comfy couches, great internet [surely a struggle in this location!l, gorgeous shiny pathways and lit in a way to lead the way and not intrude.... still raving! 😁 TOTALLY SUPERB!

Perhaps send a list of possible breakfast products so there is no waste. Then guests can choose.

Breakfast included white bread, butter, honey, guava jam, eggs, cereal and a selection of teas and coffee pods. Tv went through Foxtel which gave a lot of options and the Wi-Fi worked well for phone calls and internet connection. Big comfortable bed and huge shower with plenty of hot water. The road in is a narrow dirt track with lots of potholes which the X Trail, which was part of the deal, handled no problems and made you feel kind of adventurous.

Nothing really. It was wonderful. The only possible things was foil/gladwrap and a plastic cutting board for meat. The road in was challenging but all roads on the Island are for us Aussies:)) Nothing else ,it was great!

The cabin was sooo quiet and spotless. A super comfy bed and everything you could possibly need was there, plus a great view.We even had a breakfast basket which was huge!!Also a mobile phone for local calls.

Whilst understanding that Ariane was away, and maybe Brad was under there pump, but the following are general comments. A bottle of wine in the frig. Maybe some flowers on the table (Hibiscus?).A bowl of fruit. A small box of chocolates .None of these are big ticket items but help make a visitor really feel welcome. Overall, it was well-done but a few minor touches can be a big bonus.

Having been in retail business AND early days in tourism (SCUBA school and charter boat on Gold Coast) we tried to "exceed expectations" ... over deliver rather than under-deliver. Breakfast could have done with a second alternative cereal, some fruit, and tomatoes, a packet of biscuits to have with tea or coffee?.. all of which we scouted around and bought.We found out about the "Farmers Market" on the day we left. Secondly, on the mid-week "Clean & fresh towels" perhaps the above items could have been "topped up"... all of this is minimal cost. Perhaps a call the next morning after the first night would sort out any minor problems? We had no Foxtel control and were still uncertain on phone operation.
