The apartment is comfortable with a stunning view of Phillip Island.

Location was close to town and other amenities....price was great... view was exceptionalover Phillip Island... and the sea breezes ... pick up of tours was prompt... emails answered promptly...friendly and helpfulness of the staff... would stay again

Seaview has some of the best views on the Island and is within walking distance to the shops. The Staff are all very friendly. Will definitely stay here again 😊

The outside light by my door trickled through a little light to my room, but the bed and atmosphere was so comfortable that sleep was not difficult.

Amazing views! Sunsets were especially gorgeous! Enjoyed using the shared kitchen and BBQ area, too. The staff were welcoming, approachable and quick to respond with my queries. A great experience overall - thanks to you, Paul, and your work team!

The accomodation was very old and we had to change room due to a water leak behind the vanity. It started to smell. They were very accommodating but on a whole the premisses need the exterior and some interior renovated. We are not as fussy as other holiday makers so for the price it was to be expected and we still enjoyed staying there.

Paul the guy at reception was very friendly and the view from our room was lovely. Being able to use a kitchen behind the reception area was wonderful. It was very close to town.

Very poor wifi. Considering wifi is the only link to home this was very frustrating. We couldn’t link to our cottage wifi and had to connect to another cottage. The only place we could get wifi in cottage was huddled around a table in a corner. Every time we moved away from this spot the wifi dropped out. When we mentioned this a couple of times response was very dismissive and nothing was done to try and improve it. I know other reviewers say not having wifi is part of Norfolk Island’s charms but when this is the only link with Australia and the only way to be in contact with family it was a major inconvenience. We ended up most days sourcing free wifi in town. Considering we were paying almost $300 a night this is unacceptable. When we booked early in the year the property had a pool which was one of the reasons we booked it. However when we arrived the pool was out of action. We were not notified about this.

The property is somewhat rundown and in need of an upgrade but that is reflected in the reasonable prices.

Excellent location, walking distance to town and close to good restaurants. Fantastic views if you’re in the right room or cottage. Helpful staff.

The “garden view rooms” are also “car park view rooms”. It gets a lot of traffic in the afternoon with guests and bottle shop patrons coming and going. The pool was out of action, needs repair, but Emily Bay is nearby and lovely for swimming.

Had everything needed for a comfortable stay despite being just a hotel room. Comfortable bed with choice of duvet or cellular blankets. Guest laundry with extra towels available, clothes line, communal kitchen area. Walking distance to town. Free airport shuttle and orientation tour. Other tours pick up and drop off from here too.

The sensational view across to Philip Island. It was centrally located and near to everything. One could walk to many eating places. Kitchen facilities good for preparing picnic or meals in.

On booking . Com says has a restaurant and bfast available. This isn’t so no restaurant. Also pool is non existent at present. This needs to be changed on the advertisement for this hotel

1 bedroom cabin-which was great for extra space , verandah and self catering. fantastic views. Ideal location quiet but walkable to town , car organised for us. Lovely linen. Clean.

Although the site states there is wi-fi this was only available in the office area. We reported that the wi-fi in the rooms didn't have internet access however it was not fixed for the week we were there and we were not the only people who had this issue.

Comfortable room with a great seaview. Room was large enough with good storage and facilities. Additionally there is a guest laundry with clothes line as well as dryer and a kitchenette and seating in the office area that allows for cooking your own meals. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Very satisfied with having our expectations met for a relaxing holiday on Norfolk Island.

Comfortable walking distance to main town & readily connected to tour pickups. Best views towards northwest of island and to south across the sea to Phillip Island. The apartments were comfortable & spacious. Very quiet and semi rural property.
