    Views of the water.

The bathroom facilities need a redo - shower leaked, bathroom toilet stained, roaches coming out of the drain.

The room is very large and well kept, the bathroom is stunning , I suggest microwave since there is a mini kitchen. The bed is not too comfortable, mattress needs replacement because the pillow area of the bed is slope therefore, my neck didn't position properly on the pillow

Matress needs replacements. It's sloppy Microwave should be provided

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were all very attentive and eager to serve. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities.

The check in could be smoother.

I really enjoyed the facility. Just sitting in the reception was nice. Working in the cafe on the ground floor was also quite lovely. Dining by the pool was nice. Swimming in the pool was nice. I really enjoyed the facility. They have this fun little caddy pickup from the basement where I had parked, that drove me up to the ground floor reception. It was a cute touch. Breakfast buffet was delicious. They had the Nigerian option and the more intercontinental style breakfast. Yummy pastries, cheese, vegetables, fruits, freshly made eggs, you can make toast. I had a yummy latte. I didn't have the nigerian food but there was yam, eggs, stew. Tbh it all looked so delicious: I wish I stayed longer to experience more breakfast lol. At the cafe on the ground floor. I had tea with a friend. The view was nice, it was quiet with a nice piano sound playing on the speakers. So the vibe was just right. I really liked their chicken pie. I ordered another to my room later. The lagoon view from the room, the pool, the cafe & at breakfast was nice, especially in the morning and evening. Also the bedroom had soap, shampoo & a toothbrush & tooth paste (not a lot of hotels have toothbrushes) I thought it was fair to add that. Plus the water pressure was great! I really hope this review was helpful because the reviews I read before booking were super!

I had read the reviews so I knew where to manage expectations. The room was functional and the bed was comfortable. It was nothing amazing but it was clean. When they had to change over power (which would take maybe 10 - 30 seconds) this happened twice while I was in bed and this pestering bright white back up LED light would come on every time that happened and wake me up. I can't sleep with any light so this was annoying...including the light coming from the intercom. I think their staff could use a little training in terms of being more warm and welcoming. Just the basic warmness you'd expect from a nice hotel and also just how to be polite. They were nice people but the delivery I got while dining by the pool from 2 different servers threw me off.
