Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice quiet area. All staff - security, reception, hospitality etc were well trained and always made you feel welcomed.

I was told that since I booked through Booking.com, my package was not inclusive of breakfast and I felt very bad about that. At the point of booking the accommodation, Booking.com ought to have given me a an option either to book with breakfast or to exempt it but that was not done.

BelgiumThough clean, the bathrooms are somewhat dated. Lobby, bar, and breakfast facility would benefit from more variety in ambient music as most of the time, it was only songs by Enya playing, which gets a bit too much after a while.
Friendly staff. Location near the centre in a calm area of Maitama, Abuja. Adequate security. Sufficient breakfast selection. Proper Wi-Fi Internet connectivity. Good hotel lobby bar with excellent wide-screen television to watch sports & news. Nice sitting corner at the outdoor pool. Good bed.
