There food need improvement please

Everything about the hotel Capitol is top-notch. Their staff were polite and always willing to help . The property location is accessible and everywhere appeared new due to constant maintenance. Their food is very tasty and lovely. It’s really a nice place to be

I Absolutely liked everything about Hotel capitol. From the delicious dinning options to Cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. What a Gem of a hotel, from the efficient checkin/checkout processes each moment was delightful. Also, The hotel has a very safe, serene and secure environment. The hotel is a blend of charm and timeless facilities. They secure and safe environment of the hotel will always have my heart, I have recommended that others visit hotel capitol once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

The hotel is situated in a serene and safe environment with warm and accommodating relatable staff. The foods are also tasty and affordable. The room’s neatness is topnotch. It’s actually a value for the money. I would be visiting again with my colleagues definitely

Cool and spacious room

An Appauling and traumatic experience. The manager called the police on us because we questioned why we had to pay extra money to get an additional towel and mug. I was told we should share the same towel and mug but I pointed out it was unhygienic. The GM was very rude and had the audacity to call in the police stating we should leave and he will refund our payment. I refused to leave given the late night and danger of night movement in Lagos. The police agreed and negotiated for us to stay the night since it’s only for one night. I also then had to agree to pay N7000 for the towel and mug! I will never recommend the hotel to my worse enemy. In the morning we could not have a shower as there was problem with the water system and no one informed guest until I questioned the situation when I was given a bucket of water to bath with. It was only after I challenged them that a text was sent informing guest of the water situation. I don’t think booing. Com should be recommending such hotels. There is obviously no proper checks being done by your team to check compliance. This is the 2nd time that this same hotel has failed us.

Everything in this hotel for me is good except the food which is not prepared consciously as one would for him or herself to eat it. Always disappointed with the food. From solid gari like Zuma rock, to frozen very old meat and fishes. Taste so pasty and decaying inside, with the inside cold, and showing traces of being frozen even after frying them. Terrible The kitchen has made me pay for a food I didn't like and didn't eat. Horrible

There room are very big and clean

There internet is problem and you have to be longing in with different rooms number even when you use your room number and you went out before you come back someone else might have used yours.

The staff were friendly and i enjoyed my stay .very clean

The water from the taps in the bath were stopping randomly and it took forever to bath or even wash our hands
