    Inside hall dark. Room furniture not good. Food of low quality.

    There was nothing to like. The entire hotel was dirty, poorly maintained and dingy. It was horrible.

    Bathroom and toilet facility was an eye saw. The walls were dirty and old. The curtains were dirty, and the windows had not been cleaned for weeks. My room was changed due to plumbing issues in the first room, and the 2nd room was not any better. Horrible.

    I love the fact that is close to the mall and is room is spacious

    I need them to change the toilet sit, for a price that is #115,000 per night I expect them to do sone renovation. And there breakfast take long when u get there an hour to the closing.

    Good location, easy access to public utilities. Big rooms. Utilities staff are warm and pleasant.

    Very close to a main road, you can hear each car honk from the road. The rooms are badly maintained, rooms are clumsy, dirty, too hot as most of the AC were just glorified fans, not cooling at all. I moved rooms 4 times in a night because the rooms were very warm until they could give me a room that has functional AC. Most of the room's shower has no doors. Thus, water splashes onto the floor outside of the shower box. There are black stains, moulds on the walls, ceilings, and doors. Some doors have been pried open from, thus not locking properly. I was woken open at 7am one day with the sound of a drilling machine from above my room, I requested 6 room change, but it was not done till I left to go outside for business. The fridges in the rooms are not clean, water draining out from some fridges, constituting trip hazards for new quest. Some front desk officers are rude, inconsiderate, and passive-aggressive personalities.

    Just the big building

    It’s so badly maintained, very dirty and unkempt, very dishonest staff and rude. Air condition didn’t work over night and I called them few times and they lied to me that they were coming to fix it which they never did .

    Good bed and wifi

    Not a single waiter or barman who was willing to serve to the point that we got our own drinks. Asked about the menu for dinner and pointed to a QR code. After waiting 25 minutes for some to take our order we were told nothing was available from the menu except chicken and rice. A complete waste of time. Dinner took 90 minutes to arrive....there was a handful of customers. During that time all the wait staff were chatting in the kitchen.
