The internet is awful

No aircondition in the kitchen, and no privacy in the kitchen, we' re always exposed there because no window blinds. When we arrived, many things in the apartment were broken, all doorlocks were broken, cotton fittings were broken, kitchen cabinets were not closing. Although they promptly fixed the issues by the next day, they should prepare for their guests before arrival. Internet was on and off. Washing machine available, no dryer or even a clothes hanger, have to spread your clothes on the cable outside. They were not flexible with check-in, wanted to charge me for early check-in of about 2 hours

Facilities were OK. 24-7 power supply, Rooms were good, all ensuite. Beds were very comfortable. Ample parking space, location is good, felt safe and secure, SPAR market is close by. On-ground staff were very responsive. The cleaners were excellent. DSTV was a bonus

Amenities were not great. Having 3 towels for a group of 6 was appalling. Although on request 3 more towels were supplied. None of the doors closes property. No light in one of the bedrooms. Although fixed the next day. These are basic checks that would have been done before guest arrival.

The kitchen tap isn't firm fixed. The bathroom shower leaks out after the shower. (Little)

It's quiet, the compound is neat. Well secured compound. The ground staff are there to attend to your needs should you need one.

We were met at the gate and shown the property to make sure everything was in order- and it was. The place was clean, comfortable and very spacious, it felt homely. The staff were really helpful. A few missing items were quickly provided upon request. Very good value for money and would highly recommend.

There was a day that the cleaners came and changed the sheets to stained sheets. Another day the cleaner took the dirty towels and didn’t replace them, I brought my own towels so no problem but did expect them to be replaced as they were replaced throughout my entire 2 week stay.

The location was good, central to all the clubs and restaurants. Staff were polite when requests were made. The apartment was very nice.

The Wi-Fi kept running out 💔

The staff were accommodating and helpful. It was nice. I would recommend getting a local sim carrier for data. The only negative was the WiFi coverage and it not being as consistent as I thought it would be. Still lovely place. Lovely staff!

The apartment needs to be thoroughly fumigated to get rid of insects

The apartment is well located within a private residential estate with easy access to shops. The staff are exceptional. Thanks to the administrators and Chidimma; they were wonderful with attending to our needs on short notice. The apartment is modern, clean and provides decent facilities for cooking.

The lightning got epileptic for about 2-3 hours on my last day but was stabilized afterwards.

The apartment is in a nice location, very clean and very homely.

They didn't have kitchen towel or a kettle and no hand-wash in the bathroom even if it's in the guest toilet.

That all bedrooms were ensuite and the value for money. It was clean.

Some amenities need to be requested. Some cannot be provided. I think this should be stated on the apartment details/info page. But it was a really nice and secure apartment.

It was a nice and lovely place. The staff were nice. It was easy to make payment when we reached the facility. They attended to us well. They had basic cutlery and pots in the kitchen. Tissues were available in the bathroom. The place was clean. WiFi was working well.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment during my one month holiday in Lagos. The house was cleaned regularly, nice environment, friendly staff team, 24/7 power and water supply with A/C . Dstv and big compound . Infcat this is the best in Lekki area to be honest

Basics like electric kettle, blender, pressing iron, and mop were not provided. I was later informed that they are available on requests, but that information should be made clear to guests in advance. Also, basics like electric kettle and mop should be provided without any request.

There were no cleaning things in the kitchen or little welcome pack ie coffee, tea, milk. Some of the fittings need some tlc.

Only enough silverware and dishes for 2 people. The water pressure was extreme low and hot water was little to none. If we could get a better water flow and able to take a hot shower this place would be perfect. The wifi wasn’t great. However, they did what they could to accommodate me on that and make it better so I really can’t complain.

I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The place was clean and well kept. The cleaners did a good job at cleaning the place every 3 days. I would definitely stay again.

There was a slight hitch with security on arrival it was really bothersome. I'd say they should inform estate and gate security about the arrival of Lodgers to avoid issues
