The staff member are well trained

The staff were hospitable. Good location. Bath and toilet were newly renovated and nice. AC was working well. Had electricity most of the time

The building should be painted and made attractive. Reception was ugly with tattered seats and dull lights. Kitchen had old plastic plates. Small rug at the door was old , faded and dirty.

The staff was helpful. The AC was on all through. The bed was wide enough and comfortable, also the room

It's a clean environment with stable light and room comfortable as said or shiown. The guy who attended to me was quite friendly and welcoming .all U needed is there. Outside area secure and very neat clean organised place. . Yes.its nice place to stay .

There is no fridge as said in the kitchen for food storage which is unusual and unacceptable for a B&B or Hotel Apartment although it's a shared kitchen.so it's needed and the mini freedge in the room can hardly occupy anything nor drinks . You can't even put anything or foodsstuffs...... For the price they could do better and furnish up the kitchen for use at least a deep freezer and fridge it's very necessary to keep the foodstuffs or for stays with longer days.its worth the price then .just think of this improvement...

The staff are attentive and polite.

They need to improve on the kitchen wares/ utensils.

The location was good nd it’s private place because it doesn’t look a Hotel

That they didn’t have a signpost in front of the apartment. I mean no signs to state that this is the facility you’re going to would first off seem suspicious
