CanadaThe hotel didn't provide enough towels/hand towels. No extra tissues in the washroom. Water was on the floor when I checked in. The shower had a broken cover that didn't close while having a shower. The ceiling boards need some paint. The AC ventilation was very dirty, it needed cleaning. It seems like it hasn't been cleaned for several months or years. I included the photo of the gap in the shower over.
A Secured Place. The reason I would stay again is because of the security, else if I find another more secure hotel, I wouldn't stay in this Heliconia Park Hotel.

United KingdomI dint like the fact that I was asked to pay an additional amount after making my booking months before i traveled down to Nigeria, I believe the staff on duty didn't understand the Idea of booking in advance, but it was later sorted by a manager i guess, I also didt enjoy the fact that the kitchen staff as sentimental or should i say give others preference over others, I went in for breakfast which was a buffet and I asked to have it packet as i was ruining late for my appointment and they said no i have to eat there, well i didnt say a word, but right in front of me Others were given takeaway plates to pack thiers and I asked them why was i not given the same and this guys were? and the cook said because they are not individual guest I.E they are staff of a certin company and I am an individual guest but i asked them "That company paid for them right? and I paid form my own self then why are we treated differently it was shocking as where i am based i see thing differently

I asked for early check in because my flight came in 5 hours and even after assuring there was a possibility, I didn't get checked in till 3:30pm. Which is still 30mins after the scheduled check in time.
