Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe apartment did not have any of the amenities that were advertised. No garden view, no sitting area, 3 channels on the TV. There was a bed no place to eat except on the bed, the wardrobe was very small for two people, the only drawers were in the night stands. It was advertised as handicap friendly….. the first step going up to the landing to go into the apartment was so high there is no way a handicap person without help, I know because I have problem on the left side of my body, could make it up or down without as assistance! The kitchen did not include anything to cook with, not even plates of eating utensils; you had to ask for them. The worse thing was there were roaches; not a few many. They did come an spray the apartment 3 times but it didn’t eliminate the problem, so I can say it didn’t make you feel as if you wanted to cook in there, that is right I rented an apartment with a kitchen so I didn’t have to go out for food all the time. I had a wonderful young lady that came everyday to clean. She was very concerned about my well being and did an excellent job! Maybe for a couple of days it would be fine but not for an extended stay!
The Staff were very nice and tried to be very helpful.

NigeriaThe food is a bit pricey. It was delicious, no doubt, and I ordered multiple times, but it felt like each portion kept getting smaller upon subsequent orders. I did bring this to their attention, though, and the upon next order I made, I got a reasonably sized portion.
Location is not bad. If it's your first time in Abuja you may be a little disappointed, but I was returning to Abuja after a few years away so I was pleasantly surprised to see that an attempt had been made at least to make certain parts of the area motorable and accessible. Food is deliciously made, only a little pricey. There's reasonable peace and quiet, and the staff are super helpful, from the gateman, to the front-desk, to the manager, all pleasant folks. Rooms are not bad either, the cleaners make the effort to clean every day and change sheets. So for the price, I would say you're getting a good deal. Would definitely book a stay here again.
