Staff in the restaurant makes You waiting for 30-40 minutes just to come and get the order. Kitchen brings even easiest dishes in about one hour. Simple dinner turns to 2-3 hours of waiting.

The hotel needs renovation, the AC was not responsive to the temperature desired... overall facility needs a renovation. Windows glasses not clean from outside.

The staff is very very pleasant and helpful, when i ever i inquire about something they are really trying their best to provide feed back and trying to help.

Rooms were very dirty and carpets were old and there was a bad smell in the room. Staff was very rude and below par. In washroom shower was not working, there was no iron in the room. Bed sheet was very old and rough. Food was ok with lot of options but mostly local.Elevator was not working properly.

Evening buffet was not enjoyed by my colleagues so I ordered a pizza but they still tried to bill me for the buffet as we were on the same table. Check in and check out were little overwrought as they didn't have enough staff at the reception desk and their PoS was not working. They did, however, arrange an early check as we arrived around 10am

Breakfast was good although a little inconsistent as I had to ask for oats on one of the mornings - fresh fruit and juice were always available

The facility was generally tired and worn. Not well maintained or cleaned. Stains on the rug in the hallways and house keeping took almost the whole day to get to my room to clean.

Staff were friendly, especially Ene, the location is good and in the middle of town.

1. Staff. it took about 45 minutes to check me in just because they had only one person at the reception. He kept taking several phone calls probably from other customers and that completely delayed the check-in process for me. It wasn’t smooth at all. 2. Facilities - I got stuck in the elevator multiple times because my keycard didn’t work and the button to at least open the elevator doors didn’t work. I had to wait there until someone else called the elevator before I could leave. I went to the reception to let them know but they made it look like I didn’t know how to use it. it never worked throughout my stay at the hotel. Also, there’s a weird smell in the bedroom I stayed in. It’s certainly not from any spoilt organic material but it was just stale or musty. Like the bedroom needed some fresh air or something.

Damp and stuffy carpets in the walkway and my room. Non-functional telephone (intercom) which made it difficult to call reception to complain or request for service in the night like making all these complaints. The AC regulator doesn’t work - it’s either on lowest temperature or you switch off. Pillows are too hard without soft options. Bed is too small for two people because I paid for a couple. The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilator - as such the place gets moist and damp after a bath. The CNN channel is scrambled.

The manager of the ladies at the front desk [ Madam cHRISTIE ] is extremely unprofessional and needs more training on how to be more customer centric in a hospitality industry. She lacked emotional intelligence and doesn't know how to plead with customers and make them feel appreciated and want to come back again. Even when i told her, with the issue she failed to handle i may not return back to this hotel, she just felt like unconcern, and am wondering if this is her private business would she handle it this way? it was sad.

I like the staff at the restaurants, Their supervisor [ Madam Peace ] doing a good job. The young staff , Oluchi, Abigail, Stella etc all at the kitchen are wonderful. Always smiling inspect of work pressure and they are the main team who makes customer want to at least think of coming back.

There was no complimentary bottled water. One had to go to the corridor to get drinking water from the dispenser, which wasn't convenient. My pillow was too hard. I had to sleep without the pillows.

1)The gym is well equipped and supported my active lifestyle. The gym also had an instructor to support guests with aerobics. 2) The staff was super friendly and supportive. 3) The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and was tasty. 4) The location is central and easy to navigate 5) They had a spacious place for parking of cars
