I had such a great experience staying here! The place felt safe from the very beginning, which gave me peace of mind, and the staff were just wonderful – super friendly and trustworthy. They even helped me out with advices and tips in the area. The manager deserves a special shoutout – he was so understanding and helped me change my reservation to fit my schedule without any hassle. That kind of service really makes a difference and shows how much they care about their guests. Breakfast was always fresh and enjoyable, a really nice way to start the day. The rooms were quiet, spotless, and cleaned every single day – it felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. What I really liked too was that everything matched the booking description perfectly, so no surprises, just exactly what I expected (and maybe even better!). The whole place felt safe and guarded, which is a huge plus, especially for international travelers. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough – great staff, great service, fresh food, clean rooms, and a really welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily come back again!

Everything was perfect! I really enjoyed my stay and couldn’t be more satisfied.

The location and the facilities around it.

The room is old, and the furniture is obsolete. The bedsheets, duvet, and towels are old and worn out. Should be changed. WiFi system took a long while to be sorted as they had to resort to the IT department that took over 30 minutes to respond.

The room was large enough. The best part was the staff, who were polite and friendly.

The loud outside bar keeps one awake all night due to poor acoustics in the hotel. The food was a ripof. The WiFi was dodgy. I definitely won't be staying there in future.

Got to the hotel and found out I booked for double bed but was a single bed on the app, I had to add extra 17,000 naira to get a kingsize bed which is unfair to me since they are of the same room type

    Property response:

Hi Raji, Your initial booking made was on a Twin (two single beds in one room). An additional fee was due to your change of room category.

    - The workers were friendly particularly the Housekeepers (Melody particularly as he went beyond his job role to provide us a fantastic experience) - Cleanliness - Extra facilities provided incl pool, gym, and TV that actually works. - Staff were quick to help assist us.

    - Hotel does not serve halal meat so lack of inclusion experienced. -There isn't much to do or see within close proximity of the hotel. Sometimes in the evening, we wanted to go out for a stroll, but there isn't much going on. - Indian management were not friendly (seemed arrogant and hierarchal). Nigerian workers were brilliant. - Experienced power cuts but returned within a minute. - Pool is closed after 6pm, and 6pm is the time we are usually back at the hotel so we couldn't really utilise the pool!

The pool was lovely, the room was a good size. Breakfast was fantastic.

Wifi was advertised but unavailable. Could not watch Netflix on the TV. I had to ask multiple times for toilet roll. Only one key despite there being 2 guests.

The room was perfect for us overlooking the pool because we sat on the balcony in the evening having a drink, listening to music. The room was clean, large, comfortable, and everything we needed. The pool was clean, and the staff around the pool was very friendly. Staff in Ala Carte restaurant, especially the manager, was excellent. Front Desk staff, excellent customer service, just one point to make out. & This is only to one individual on the desk. Make sure you treat every customer the same, please. Because I would have said that the customer service was outstanding. Security was on point. 24 hours a day. Excellent. As you drive through the gates, the actual carpark area doesn’t do the hotel justice. Could do with a bit of a tidy up. But don't let that put you off.

The actual hotel manager is rude. Arrogant man. Should lean some people person skills. You're not allowed to bring any food or drink in from outside the hotel, fair enough. We were told this on arrival. We purchased a bottle of water from room service, then went down to the pool. The hotel manager approached my husband & was so rude, almost to the point of shouting at him. He told him he couldn't bring any drink from the room. We had to purchase water again from the bar. So we had to leave our bottle of water at the bar, purchase another & then collect our water when we finished at the pool. The rest of the staff looked at us in disbelief. Then a lovely lady explained.I explained it needs to be written in a rule book. Instead of us being humiliated like this. If we were told this at the start, we wouldn't have taken our water to the pool. Minimum Information in hotel book in the room. There is nothing about the strict rules on food & drink in the hotel. Staff tell you, but not all information. So this should be written. *This could be an absolutely amazing hotel* We mainly ordered room service, as not much information about restaurants at the hotel, a little bit pricey, for this hotel. We didn't stay the whole 2wks at this hotel in the end. We managed 5 nights. Manager put us off.

We were here for 3 nights on our honeymoon, the hotel nicely decorated the room with balloons & petals for a small fee but worth it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the staff serving breakfast and girls on the door in the evening who helped recommend activities in the area. The breakfast had variety and shout-out to the gentleman who made us waffles each day, the location is very safe but would recommend to have a car / Uber to get to places however there is street food in walking distance, the restaurants on site are great too.

The building is old and a renovation of the walls and& tiles would brighten the place up however we didn’t mind as the place was very clean.

Excellent, clean, and safe environment. Plentiful entertainment activities, such as karaoke, DJ and live bands.

Foods are a little expensive compared to other places. For example, a bottle of water costs N2,000 while the same bottle costs N200 outside the hotel.
