We really enjoyed the fact that it was a whole house. Location was great!! Nice and quiet. Eventhough we didn't really use the kitchen, we could see it was well equipped en very organised and clean. The bathroom was spacious and we had the use of a lot of clean towels if we had needed them. Good shower and heater. The lounge was very spacious and relaxing with ample places to sit for us. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds very comfortable.

The downstairs bedroom was a tiny little bit foisty but really nothing to worry about.

This was another B&B that we stayed at on our cycle tour around the Netherlands. It was situated in a rural area and was very peaceful. As everyone else has commented on there is a 1970s decor everywhere. As we were children during this time it brought back memories to us. It is a large accommodation with a bedroom upstairs (which we didn't go into) and downstairs a large sitting, kitchen and dining area. The downstairs bedroom has windows on two sides letting in plenty of light. A door leads to a shower room and has another door leading into a passage. The toilet is off the passage. There is a washing machine but I don't know if one is allowed to use it. Before you depart, we were requested to deposit everything that needed washing next to the washing machine. The house was very clean. The outside sitting area is very pleasant where you can enjoy a cup of tea or eat while watching one friendly chicken or a beautiful ginger cat. No road noise could be heard. Close to the butterfly park.

There was nothing that we disliked. However, with the layout accessing the toilet especially late at night was a little inconvenient as one needed to switch the light on. Bring your own coffee and tea although there was a little.
