Spacious and furnished with good quality furniture and fittings. If you wanted to you could prepare simple meals in your suite. Quiet situation on edge of town with lovely open spaces to sit out.

As our room was on upper floor we had to climb a pretty steep stair, but it wasn’t a problem.

Loved everything.

The location was perfekt for us. The room, house and surrondings were stunning. The beds were really good and the breakfast was absolutley fantastic! The owner was very helpful with check in-time.

The room we got was very spacious and comfortable. The host was super friendly and kind. We could also use the bicycles offered for free to explore the surrounding area.

The stairs were too steep

Everything was absolutely perfect! A wonderful historic farmhouse nestled in a beautiful park with very elegant style furnishings. The room was a complete and comfortable mini apartment like your own home, with a bed in which to sink into a wonderful sleep. An abundant and excellent quality breakfast made on the spot could not be missing. Finally, a special mention for the staff, the owners of the structure: I have never found such kindness, courtesy and sincere willingness to solve problems as in this case. I was impressed by their empathy and humanity which truly made us feel at home and at home. A heartfelt and affectionate thank you to both of you!!!

Beautiful garden and house, large apartment, excellent breakfast and interesting bicycle ride with freely available bikes.

Probably the best place I've ever stayed! At least, I’m sure I’ve never given a “10” for all parameters. Silence. No extraneous sounds, you can't hear your neighbors at all. Having arrived, we just sat for a while and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this place. Cleanliness. Clean in the toilet, clean towels, clean in the bathroom, clean floors (I walked on it in white socks, and they remained white!), no dust anywhere, even on the radiators. If you need to cook, there is a kitchen area right in the room, which has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, dishes, coffee machine, kettle. The living room is very cozy, with a wonderful bay window. And in our case (we were there on New Year’s Eve) with a good view: all the fireworks were visible, and when we were tired of standing at the window, we sat on the sofa and could still continue to watch them. Great breakfast! Juice, coffee, tea, croissants, buns, butter, jam, fruit, eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese — there is plenty to choose from. The hostess greeted us with coffee and cookies. She appeared only upon check-in, and then at breakfast in the morning. Welcoming and friendly, but clearly does not like long empty conversations, which we really appreciate in people)). Therefore, it was very comfortable to interact with her.

Graanzicht exceeded our wildest dreams, it was truly spectacular! The rooms are impressively clean, beyond spotless, and very comfortable, including the beds. The host was very friendly, and breakfast was perfect. We've had a lovely experience and hope to go back soon.

Absolutely everything!! The host was exceptional! The property is beautiful, spacious rooms, an incredible breakfast…used the bicycles that were available to explore the area both mornings!

3 nights, could have stayed longer. Our room with lounge and kitchenette looking out to green lawn and shrubs was a pleasure to behold. We were made to feel special by our host. The push bikes, the breakfast, dinner and the serenity made for a wonderful stay

Such a beautiful place to stay, incredibly hospitable hosts and amazing food. deep in nature, could not recommend highly enough, thank you for everything
