We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomBreakfast was included and pleasant but the array of choice was not as wide as you might expect for the standard of hotel. Some more fruit, maybe some tomato/cucumber, seeds and nuts, nothing that would be costly or difficult to offer.
Lovely character building in a convenient location. Bike storage available in a shelter round back, not closed in or locked though so you need your own bikes locks. Super room and spacious. Coffee machine in the room. Popular restaurant attached.

NetherlandsBeds were a bit too soft for us, but that's a personal preference. Rooms are not very soundproof, so you can hear your neighbors.
Nice, small hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff. Has a good restaurant downstairs and rooms are large and clean. Free, ample parking. We stayed for only night, while visiting friends in the neighborhood, and the hotel was perfect for that. Room has a coffee maker and a little fridge.

HungaryWe have arrived after 15 hours driving around 11 p.m. and wanted just have a rest, but the tempreture was around 10-12 degrees in the room. They said we need to wait 20 minutes and it will be ok. I waited 30-40 minutes and the heaters were still not warm. I said them and they ask me what can they do? I think should turn on the heater earlier at winter time. So we left them and never come back again!
