Kitchen had 4 burner stove out of which two were not working. I felt that some basic cleaning things should have been proved.

Not all facilities are available like the pool (maybe because it's spring), not close to anything, you can hear planes overhead

Staff very helpful. Apartment kitchen is very well set up, clean and modern. Handy convenience store at parc. Good amount and use of space in the apartment. Nice outdoor area. Bus near by and easy to use

Chalets functional but tired and lots of things broken . A shame because could easily have been so much cleaner and inviting

Kitchen had only the basics, even in the supply package we received there was only 2 dishwasher soaps which for bigger groups of people I'd not enough and you don't want to buy everything for the kitchen while traveling. Planes made lots of noise but we got used to it fast.

The place is located in the green surroundings, very calming and beautiful. It was clean and had basic kitchenwares such as cutleries, plates, ... If you want to make food and don't want to use their food package, remember to bring salt, pepper, oil and ...

Cleanliness is generally poor. Mold and dust behind the beds.

Pretty poor hygiene. The bathroom is dirty. There is dust, humidity and song everywhere. By morning, the boiler stops heating and it's cold there.

The shower leaks and makes the bathroom have standing water. There is no way to drain the water so you have a very wet bathroom for 2 days.

The lamps didn't work and not enough lights for sitting outside on an evening.

Lovely peaceful setting, lodges situated very well. Spacious lodge, nice outside space. The pool was warm.

The rooms were in need of some renovation and the lighting was very dim. The bathroom had lots of black mould which was not very pleasing . For some reason the Television did not work at all as we could not seem to see or access any channels. lucky we had our iPad with us although the poor wifi didn't help in looking for entertainment on the internet.

It was a very quiet and secluded location which was great. Weather was unexpectedly cold but warmed up on our last day. Nice hot showers and the heating worked well.

Was no towels in the room, it's nonsense. towels must be paid separately. Customer's should pay for bed linen but not receive towels, what kind of system is this? look at this question, it shouldn't be like that.

Everything was good, except one thing - towels was not included in the room. Totally it's a good place for rest.

The Chalet needed cleaning the floor needs a deep clean. We took out a bowl on the first day to find mould all over bowls. There was no tea towel, Not enough basic necessities like toilet roll and bin bags, washing up liquid. The T.V. blew up on the first day and although the staff were speedy and helpful to provide a replacement it did not have a stand.

The location of the park was excellent it was a short walk to a bus stop with great links into Amsterdam and Haarlem, very easy to get around. The staff were great and very helpful. The Chalet was well laid out with plenty of space and a nice outdoor space. The Shop and Cafe were reasonably priced and nice. The Wi-fi signal was great.

The property was nice but could be maintained better on the outside. The grocery shop was terrible and honestly not enough there to stock a family, there was no milk or bread (other than the buns in the morning but they sell out fast). Good for snacks though. I also wish the cafe was opened more And there were kids bikes to rent. On the morning we left also we had a huge issue trying to get out of the park. When we tried the card at 10.40 the night before it would not work so we couldn’t park the car on the other side of the barrier. We had an early flight so needed to leave at 6.15am. We had to wait until 7am and even then the card still wouldn’t work. Thankfully a nice man passed and let us out alongside him. This obviously is totally unacceptable.

I loved the canals and the location of our lodge. I also loved the swimming pool, we had a lot of fun there 🤗

The plane noise is intense. One permanent neighbour has three dogs and a bird, all very noisy all the time. The chalet gets very hot in the sun but equally cools down quickly later so not a big problem. We stayed in a chalet with our dog. I think we were put in one that was already a bit damaged because of that. The floor was damaged in places for example. If you bring a dog, also bring a long lead and a stake so it can be in the garden since there are no gates.

The chalet is well equipped, the beds soft and there's bedding and towels. It's all quite basic but very functional. The windows have nets in front of them, which is great. The shop and restaurant on-site is great! Reasonably priced and nice staff. The pool is small but fun for the children. The woods around it are nice too. The travel to Amsterdam is very easy.

In this location obviously you have the noise impact of the airport. Ventilation in the bathroom was not working and a missing washing machine and open tubes were causing bad smell. We did not expect to not find towels and to have to extra pay them, this was not clear for us during the booking process.

Nice to have a terrace with chairs, ombrella, outside table, Privacy in the garden. Good kitchen equipment. Comfortable parking.

There is no any other restaurant besides the Cafeteria, but there is no breakfast service.

Curtains didn't blackout the bedrooms. very minor points... would have been nice to have double beds as there was only two of us sharing a two bedroom chalet. No oven, hob and microwave only.

Staff were incredibly friendly. The park was very peacefull. Location was perfect distance to Amsterdam, a short drive. Shops and resturants were a shorter drive away.

I feel like it could have been cleaned better. No a/c so it led to an uncomfortable night. Location was far from the city.

The concept of a relaxing environment. Things to do on property. Good size of accommodations. Easy access to public transport.

The cleaning could be better. Some spot needs to be deep cleaned (shower drain, back of pans, etc.). Also the location near Schipol is challenging for the nerves and the sleep. If we knew that this EuroParcs was so close to the planes road, we would have considered another one.

Large and confortable chalets. It has everything needed for a stay with friends for a few days.

The AC in the house was not working properly. Lack of house utensils to use in the kitchen.

Exceptional location for those who dont mind being 20 minutes away from the center and prefer to be in a park like location to rest and enjoy with family and friends. Beautifull setting. No noise and exceptional facilities.
