All was excellent, but a little noise for the plane landing at the airport

The pool and the house was the best

the place is beautiful and peaceful

if guests don't have a car atleast offer the buggie service for transferring luggages to the chalet which is far. also must give cycle on rent but at a price which is reasonable

Atmosphere around the property

Kitchen had 4 burner stove out of which two were not working. I felt that some basic cleaning things should have been proved.

The place was very clean, with a beautiful view and an excellent central location. A centre point for all major tourist spots and just a quick drive to most of them.

I felt that the reception staff could have been more polite. Improved courtesy and friendliness would greatly enhance the experience.

The property itself is in a great area, clean surrounding and great access to the main roads

We had a rats in the property. Apparently all of the places in the complex have them inside the walls and the roof but we could hear them scratching all night.

Staff very helpful. Apartment kitchen is very well set up, clean and modern. Handy convenience store at parc. Good amount and use of space in the apartment. Nice outdoor area. Bus near by and easy to use

Not all facilities are available like the pool (maybe because it's spring), not close to anything, you can hear planes overhead

Perfect area to stay for visiting and 15 minute drive to local Halfweg station to get train to Amsterdam (10mins) 7euro

Chalets functional but tired and lots of things broken . A shame because could easily have been so much cleaner and inviting

The place is located in the green surroundings, very calming and beautiful. It was clean and had basic kitchenwares such as cutleries, plates, ... If you want to make food and don't want to use their food package, remember to bring salt, pepper, oil and ...

Kitchen had only the basics, even in the supply package we received there was only 2 dishwasher soaps which for bigger groups of people I'd not enough and you don't want to buy everything for the kitchen while traveling. Planes made lots of noise but we got used to it fast.

just the outdoor place was nice

it is so poor in terms of facilities and there is one sink for wash the dishes and face. Also there is no towels paper and hand soup and you must buy by yourself. there is no electrical kettle

Late check in process very smooth and very good instructions how to get in. Very close to main attractions that we had planned for this trip. Despite planes flying every 5 minutes, we had a nice sleep, but if you have a light sleep, this is not the place for you!

Very OUTDATED. Old furniture, rusted radiator, thorn curtains. The dishwasher is completely rusted - all rust was still present on the plates and glasses after washing - you can see in the pictures. I have been in several Euro Parcs before, but this is by far the most unclean accommodation. The window frame was just filthy. The floors were dusty and the place was infested with ants!! During my stay, I have asked if the entrance door could be fixed, as the door knob wasn't working - we had to use the keys to stay closed. It was never fixed, during the 5 days of our stay! We stayed in House number 100

Cleanliness is generally poor. Mold and dust behind the beds.

Very easy check in when arriving after reception is closed. Our cabin had a beautiful view. The facilities on the park are great and communication with the front of house staff very easy.

Not much - have to nit pick to find anything. The boiler is the main bedroom which isn’t ideal and the spa bath didn’t work. Neither of which reduced the enjoyment of our stay.

It is a huge parc with selection of various types of accommodation. The surrounding are pictoresque and very Dutch, with the channel crossing the area. The house had everything we needed and it was one of the most beautiful places of this kind we stayed in. I need to say that it is a perfect place for dogs, and you'll even get plastic poop bags and dedicated bins in several places of the camp. The area is about 15 minutes away from the closes Amsterdam P+R spot, which is a great thing. We will definitely come there again when visiting Amsterdam again.

Well, you can't do much about airplanes flying over your head :) But we got used to it quickly, so it actually was not an issue. We struggled a little bit with heating, becuase it was chilly and we still wanted to act sustainably.

Very nice environment.

Pretty poor hygiene. The bathroom is dirty. There is dust, humidity and song everywhere. By morning, the boiler stops heating and it's cold there.

It was nice, as expected.

The shower leaks and makes the bathroom have standing water. There is no way to drain the water so you have a very wet bathroom for 2 days.
