Right in the middle of nature and then again the city of Amsterdam is just a short train ride away.

    Great environment and well-equipped facilities

Safety could be improved with bed rails on the upper bed, and having two toilets would be more convenient

Easy to find resort, and reception.

The main receptionist wasnt particular helpful. Provided limited information, and not overly friendly. We found the younger girl in reception to be more friendly and willing to go above and beyond to assist us. Also, we arrived earlier than planned (around 12:00), however we weren’t able to get the keys for our accommodation until 16:00. An early check in option would be useful.

The accommodation was clean and spacious.

There is only one place for rubbish recycling. The reception staff were not very welcoming. The location was near an industrial site.

We loved the relaxed forest-like peaceful location with activities for the kids, but which was a short drive from the centre of beautiful Amsterdam, as we came to look at the Anne Frank House, go to Madame Tussaud's, Amsterdam Dungeons and just admire the beautiful city with it's canals. To actually stay in the centre of Amsterdam would have been a bit claustrophobic, whereas the relaxed self-catering Europarcs setting was perfect.

The pillows were a bit soft and we just had one each, and like two. However, if we had bothered to visit reception to ask for more, we know we would have been given more, so this is just a minor moan.

Lovely location. Nice to have a lounge and kitchen. Easy to reach Amsterdam for the train station.

Hot and Can’t open the windows because of the biting insects. The property is a bit old, tired and in need of a good clean a little update and some TLC.

The stay was very pleasant — the place was clean, peaceful, and far from city noise. Parking was conveniently located right next to the house. The price was also much better compared to staying in the city center. A truly relaxing experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

There were no major issues, but I suggest improving communication through Booking.com. I faced difficulties reaching customer service when checking in after office hours, and only got a response after escalating through the platform.

The chalet is large with a small garden and stuff, everything was good.

One room was a little too small. The park is located almost 2 km from the nearest public transport which is considered outside of Amsterdam so we had to but tickets even tho we had bought day tickets for the city.

Some earlier comments mentioned a required deposit, but this turned out not to be the case. It's a nice, quiet place, perfect for a bike trip to the center of Amsterdam.

There is no air conditioning, so it might get a bit hot inside if you happen to be there during a heatwave (though it’s not very common).

The location of our house and the surrounding environment was wonderful , for example there is a little river near the park...We didn't regret for the distance that we had to make to get to Amsterdam.. It was worth it!

Nice location close to a park. Small swimming pool for guests to use too.

Our first trip to a EuroParcs and the accommodation was more basic than we expected. Extremely hot during a heatwave. There were dead mosquitoes squashed on the walls and many ants nests on the terrace. Slow response to replace 2 broken chairs and coffee machine (only coffee pads !). Mattresses were very very soft!

The house was very dirty. There were spider webs everywhere. There were no supplies in the house, such as liquid soap, shampoo, towels, napkins, salt, sugar, etc.

    The staff was helpful.

It looks cheap, lonely, abandonned, the facilities for children are really not that great and I happy ournplans changed last minute and we didn’t bring our son.

We stayed here for 4 nights and used it as a base to explore Amsterdam. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the train station, with trains about every 15 minutes or so. The park itself is very spacious and each cabin has privacy with its own garden area surrounded by hedges. The cabin was lovely - lots of room inside, and nicely furnished. The facilities seemed good, although we didn’t use many of them - we did find that the pool was a bit too deep for our children, who can’t swim, but they enjoyed the baby pool anyway. The staff were very helpful and able to answer all our questions. There’s a small shop on site, which sells milk and a few other things.

We rented towels and sheets, but didn’t get a towel to dry dishes - that would have been helpful. There was also no dish rack for wet dishes. Also worth noting - there is no soap, washing up liquid, or things like salt and pepper etc in the cabin (we didn’t expect there to be, and it’s not a complaint, but just for reference in case people expect it).
