They don't clean your room but leave a small QR code on the bed. No one at reception told us about this when we checked in, and I didn't see it, so I didn't have my room serviced for one of the days. I think having your room serviced is a pretty standard expectation, and you should be able to opt out not in. I booked 2 small double rooms. The one was so small you couldn't really get two people walking around at the same time. The other room was the same room type but was much bigger. I was disappointed with my room and gave the other toom to my friend as I had booked the hotel. Booking.com had the rooms as 1 occupant, which was confirmed as 2 people per room on my confirmation email. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the size of the room. For some reason, I had to pay 78 extra euros on one room,but this didn't look like it was tax, It was not explained what the extra charge was, just that it came up?

Very clean and a great location. The buffet breakfast was worth paying for.

Being a Green Hotel, they only clean rooms every 3 days. This is not convenient for shorter stays. We had to go to the front desk for towels. The room phone did not work. The room temp is controlled by a radiator and open window. It was always either too hot or too cold. The beds are vey firm. No blankets nor washcloths; which is typical in European hotels, so be prepared to bring your own.

The location, breakfast, staff are great. We had a canal view room, which was magical in the evening. There are many cute and delicious restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Bathroom a bit too modern! No privacy with glass doors. Some confusion when booking, thought breakfast was included but wasn't, 25 euros bit steep per person.

The front desk is staffed 24h and the friendly staff assist with the self check-in process. The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the city centre with several good restaurants and cafes nearby. The nearest tram stop is also a few minutes walk away. The room was small but very comfortable and well-stocked with necessary amenities. The bathtub was a plus. It's a clean and modern hotel and I had a great stay!

Room was very small. There was nothing to put luggage on so had to leave opened suitcases on the floor. Accessing the bed was only from one side so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get out of the bed. Was told we had a room with a very nice view however we had no view, only a wall.

They were a little stingy with Nespresso pods. Same with bathroom tissue and facial tissues. They only clean every 3 days unless requested sooner, So they should make sure everything is fully supplied.

We were upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Comfortable and clean. Love having USB plugs by the bed.

My only two complaints are that the coffee from machine at breakfast was not good, and that there is a bit of noise at night from other rooms, but it didn't interfere with us sleeping well.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. We had everything we needed in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. We'll definitely come back!

Nothing really, I suppose a walk in shower would have been good, we had a shower over the bath.

We hadn't booked breakfast in the hotel, and there were many places nearby to eat in.
