Not our first stay here, the hotel is perfect for our needs. The room, the parking, the restaurant, the ease of access to anything... The best feature for us is the small forest, perfect for extensively walking the dog.

We are sorry the hotel is closing for regular guests. We would have loved to return.

The rooms were spacious and breakfast was good enough.

No air conditioning and when i messaged about checking in a little bit late i didn’t receive an answer till the next day when i checked out already

I picked this hotel because it was at a suitable distance between 2 points where I was going. I really liked that the hotel was situated in a sort of space in the middle of a very quiet road, which made the place unique. Parking was very easy and safe next to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the dinner I had was great, just right for quite late at night. Breakfast was also good in the morning. All staff were really friendly and spoke English.

I liked most of it, but if I had to say anything about making it better it would be that the hotel room was perhaps a bit dated. The window in the room did not open very wide, so getting fresh air in was a bit difficult. But really, there was no big problem.

Manager was kind and helpful. Bitterbolle was excellent as was the espresso martini.

Room had not been vacuumed or mopped in a very long time. Serious dustballs under furniture, lack of ventilation, poor layout of room.

Very nice location for hiking and cycling

Looks like it's an old hotel, some things looked really worn out like the carpet, and unfortunately i found the shower to be dirty and the white towels were stained. Also to my surprise, I had to pay 6€ at arrival for tourist tax.

Hotel is very nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of a three week family-visit/work-tour throughout Europe. Restaurant closed somewhat early but in the evenings there was a possibility to still having some drinks and getting work done on the terrace even after the restaurant was closed. Very friendly service was provided by their night/late evening staff. This made our stay that more comfortable Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and easy going

Bedroom had a very strange layout, with two pillars in the room and bathroom was therefore a little hard to navigate. bathroom door would no completely open as it hit the bed. the room layout made it a harder to navigate and reorganize our luggage for our next weeks of international work and travel. For a 5 night stay a more open room concept might have been more comfortable.

Modern hotel on the site of an old station/border post. Set between road lanes – they split either side of property but it's not a busy road. Parking on roadside. Lift/stairs to rooms. Breakfast is typical continental but with good choice and variety. Evening food in restaurant was good. We've stayed before as it's a good stopover.

Location isn't ideal but there's no disturbance from the road outside.

The rooms were quite minimal (not a lot of space, no coffee machine or even water boiler etc) Additionally there was a weird buzzing noise all night that multiple people in different rooms noticed all. Road next to the hotel is not very busy but when cars or motorbikes come by it is very loud.

The location is good if you want to be somehow far from the city. There is nature around and a little town where you can go by foot. If it rains, there is not a lot to do since the most activities are outdoors. The restaurant is quite nice and has enough offer from breakfast through dinner. The staff was great, always willing to help and doing their best to meet your needs. Bed was comfortable and the toiletterie products were good quality.

The rooms are clean but the "pet" rooms are very cold and simple. I think they should cost less, since the difference with the "no pet" rooms is huge. Moreover pets pay a "cleaning fee", therefore because of the simplicity, the rooms (no carpet, no nice furniture, no fridge) cannot have the same price as the other rooms. For instance, the first room I was in, had a column just in front of the entry door which was not comfortable. the TV did not work.
