Overlooking the sea, near to the town. Clean comfortable room with all necessary facilities.

The room was a bit warm at night, but it didn't spoil our stay.

Wonderful stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to help us. The location is beautiful and the breakfast was excellent.

The cups in the room smelt as though they had been washed with disinfectant - maybe same cloth used as is used to clean toilet...

The pillows, which are either too big/tall or too hard. Could not sleep well because of that.

That we could see the sunrise from the room, and the fact that there are more attractions like bowling, sauna, and swimming pool. Breakfast has a lot of options!

Great location, walking distance from the heart of West-Terschelling where all the shops and restaurants can be found. Our seafront “studio” had a wonderful view on the marina. The restaurant was very nice, we are well and the personnel was very friendly. We could rent bikes and store them in the garage.

Rooms not overlooking the harbor were next to the busiest street in town. The rooms have no airco, so everyone was sweating through the night. To stay cool, one had to ooen the door to the balcony and endure the noise from the street. Due to the lack of (trained) staff, the tables in the restaurant were not clean.

Some bedrooms have no window. Could use some maintenance here and there (some broken/damaged furniture in the room, rusty radiator) but this is an aging thing, still overall it was a well cleaned room. While the breakfast was good, it was presented a bit messy; such as rotten fruit still laying around.

the position was perfect and the fact that you could rent the electric bikes with them.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, the upper matrace was sliding from the bed frame. and the blankets were too thin and light. for the rest, it was a nice and comfortable.

The heater is making a lot of noise. The standing lamp didn't work. The massage center was a total disappointment, it was barely a massage but more like just random light touches on the skin and felt like a total rip off for that price. I gave this feedback to receptionist directly after the massage (because she asked) and she ignored what I said and didn't even respond. The sauna room is not bad but also not super nice. The water bottle was empty, there were a lot of used glasses around. It didn't feel clean. I also didn't like the fact that they charge the bikes for a whole day price even if you rent them only for a couple of hours.

Breakfast was really nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was wide and nice.

- it was supposed to be a "panoramic view of the sea" room. It's not exactly panoramic, there is 1 main window leading to a balcony (its a panoramic view from the balcony ;)) and 1 smaller window in the side wall but the sea is not visible from there, only other balconies and the dunes a bit - there are no drinking water glasses in the room, and maybe some small water bottles would be a nice touch - the mattresses were too hard for my taste and one of them kept sliding off the bed a bit - the shower cabin glass could use some more attention/anticalc as there's too much visible when the bathroom light is on - the breakfast was a bit too chaotically organised. The room was full and noisy, staff had to act very fast to clean things up for the next customers heading for breakfast so they did what they could, respect. But there was for example no one to swipe the floors somewhere in the meantime so we were sitting with our feet in crumbs, and what's surprising no one even checked which room we are from and if we are really guests ;) Cups and glasses next to coffee machines are too small. The blue ones are like 2 millimetres away from cappuccino spilling out of it, and latte did not even fit into the glasses so I had to stop the machine to avoid mess. Sugar for the coffee is served in white coffee cups that are standing next to coffee machines, it does not look very classy. Sugar should be available on tables or in 1 portion to take. There was a line to the coffee machine and at some point both of them had to be restarted or cleaned because there were so many guests using them. Breakfast options were okay but the scrambled eggs tasted like they were on the heated plate for too long; and they were not even really warm. We would also expect something a bit more fancy, with a bit more personal touch for the price. No haring as option... Why?

Location is perfect and the view from the window was very nice. Reception staff was friendly. We only spent 1 night so we didn't get to meet the rest of the staff that well. We loved the stay because its so close to the village/small town nearby and also to the sea and dunes. And we mostly were out of the room to do sightseeing. Location made it very easy for us. Also its only about 15 minutes walk from the ferry that brought us here.
