Everything about this B&B is perfect. If I didn’t live on the other side of the world, I would stay here regularly. Kim and her husband are incredible and beyond hospitable. The breakfast was so good and gave us the energy we needed to tackle each day. Would return!!

This is an amazing B&B, located in a beautiful quiet area. We loved the way the way the place has been renovated with high-quality materials and great taste! The breakfast was also fantastic. We can see how the owners put their heart in this great project.

A beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were amazing. Our room was just lovely, the breakfasts were amazing. This property was the best we have ever stayed in, anywhere.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property and our stay there.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property. The setting was beautiful, peaceful and plenty of outdoor seating by the side of the water. The breakfasts were expectional and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, spacious, excellent bed and large shower room. We had a downstairs room and had a lovely seating area just for us. Everywhere was exceptionally clean . Parking for our car and there was bike hire available. If you have your own bikes these can be stored in a locked room. Easy bike ride into Delft.

We loved every single thing about it!! The place is stunning, the rooms are big with super comfortable beds, the bathrooms are amazing. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast is exceptional. We have stayed in many places all over the world and I would say this has been the BEST to date.

Everything about the Hoeve BuytenHout is fantastic. A beautiful, exceptionally decorated building, in a lovely, peaceful location. Very quiet inside and out. Rabbits and chickens ( their eggs are served at breakfast ) in the yard and the canal at the end of the garden, all help to ensure that it is a very relaxing environment. The house is very modern, but decorated in a nostalgic style that reflects the countryside. Bikes available to borrow and are the best way to visit nearby Delft. We hadn't realised that the surrounding area is a large nature reserve, with lakes, walking and cycling paths, open water swimming, watersports hire etc and some great cafes. All of this means that there is plenty to do and we wish we were able to stay longer. The staff are extremely welcoming and the breakfast was terrific. We hope to return !

The best B&B we have ever stayed in. A purpose-designed modern building with top-quality fittings/fixtures and very stylishly appointed. Extremely comfortable spacious rooms with equally spacious en-suites. Wonderful breakfast room with great breakfast. Great, quiet location with easy travelling into Delft (bike, walk, car, or bus) and ideally situated for visits to Den Haag, Rotterdam, Kinderdijk, Keukenhof etc. The hosts Kim and Ramon, and their team, were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Exceptional in every aspect.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The room, food, host, setting was all wonderful!

Hoeve BuytenHout is absolutely BEAUTIFUL - we loved every moment of our stay! Kim is such a gracious host - she met us with a delicious snack and tour. Breakfast was HUGE and delicious - such a good assortment, eggs, bacon, fresh bread, homemade cake - Kim even made us cappuccinos. The setting right on a small waterway is beautiful, we had a view of a neighboring farm with horses from our room. I only wish we had been able to stay longer we would LOVE to stay again!

You need to have a car. We have, so it was perfect.

Very beautiful place. Kim, our hottest was amazing. She all the time took care of us. It's a cozy place to be. Very unique and calming. We hope to arrive back again.

The layout, the cleanliness, the welcome, the copious amount of food, Bruce their bernese mountain dog, the bunnies, the surrounding, the bedding,... Everything was an absolute 10/10. Would definitely recommend and come again! Very well placed to visit Delft, Rotterdam, Gouda, Kinderdijk or The Hague without being in the city.

From the location, to the accommodation and the fabulous breakfast we could not fault our stay. The welcome was lovely and informative and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We were only sad that our stay was only for one night.

We loved our 4-day stay in this place. The surroundings and the interior design are gorgeous. Being placed in a rural area makes it a really special place, with water canals and greenhouses nearby. The hosts were very lovely and helpful. Upon arrival, we were offered coffee or tea and had it brought to our rooms. The breakfast was really tasty and substantial, with a great variety. It's not a self-service breakfast; the hosts prepare it themselves and serve it at the table. Each morning, we got freshly baked bread and, besides the usual food (ham, cheese, butter, etc.), they also added some local specialties. The rooms are very cozy, with plenty of space in the main room and in the bathroom as well. The interior design, featuring solid wood and various other items, was really lovely and inspiring. All in all, we would highly recommend staying in this beautiful place.
