Nothing. It was all fine.

After we had missed our connecting flight at the airport we stayed here for one night. At the reception we got helpful information about airport transfer. We also were able to buy drinks for the night, although it was already very late. We were also kindly advised, where we could order food, if we would still need something so late in the evening. In the morning we enjoyed a good breakfast. The quality was great and we ate a lot. The rooms were just what we needed for a short stay. They were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Also, when we were looking for a supermarket near our place in zaandam. We went there later and enjoyed our stay in zaandam. Even if it was short. When we would have had more time, we would have had a good place to stay, while visiting places like the famous windmills.

We did find the rooms quite small for both double and twin rooms with little space for suitcases. The location was quite industrial and as such very limited options in close proximity for evening meals.

Basic hotel with reasonable continental buffet breakfast option and drinks fridge at good prices and with on-site free parking.

The location of the hotel is NOT in Amsterdam. There were multiple delays in the bus that goes to the Amsterdam central station during my few days stay. In general, the location is far from the center of Amsterdam and you have to buy an additional public transportation ticket.

Clean, comfortable room with good bathroom. Free parking, good location for working in Westpoort if travelling with car. Centre of Amsterdam can be reached by nearby bus. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good covers the basic, room laid out quite similar to easy hotels in the uk. Just enough space. 20 min using bus 391 to central and bus station is only mins away.

5mins walk to 391 bus direct to Zaanse Schans . Great staff, evening reception was particularly helpful with info. (Gerard). We had a car so drove to Volendam beach (free parking) and Monnickendam, you can find 2hr parking near Marina, this place is gorgeous. Lunch by the canal, very peaceful. Buy a parking disc from Action (45c) so you can have free parking. Hotel is good value for money. Didn't have breakfast, but it looked good. coffee and juice are good. Staff here are very helpful.

The twin room was so small - smaller than most single rooms - not really suitable for anything but a couple - certainly not two work colleagues sharing.

Although tea and coffee in the lobby is free in every b&b hotel, it was paid in this hotel. The room was very small and no bathroom supplies were provided.

The location is kind of in the middle of nothing so you need to either walk for a while to get somewhere or always take a bus, but it’s not a problem as the stop is pretty close.

It’s a pretty new hotel, good room size, it’s very quiet which is amazing.
