Very clean, comfortable. Staff very attentive and responsive

Beautiful location good for walking and cycling. There are plenty of local ships, pubs and restaurants too. The family suite we had was very spacious and had everything we needed (Nespresso machine, air conditioning). The restaurant was also excellent and the staff pleasant and friendly with a good sense of humor.

There was no dedicated parking spot, but plenty of on the road free parking nearby. The area felt very safe.

Couldnt get eadly breakfast

Lovely village setting. Quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was amazing and the staff really friendly and helpful.

The half frosted glass on the bathroom doors was a little strange. It didn’t feel as private as a regular door would

A very nice and friendly place tucked away in the centre of a pretty village. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Good WiFi. The area, next to the Maas river and forest, was great for short hikes. Conveniently located near to the city of Venlo. We also recommend the restaurant for dinner and the ice cream parlor Clevers down the street.

The room was perhaps a little bit dark, even though there were plenty of windows. This was perhaps due to the colors used for decoration. But nothing that would stop me from booking this place again.

The only slight downside in our room was glass, see through door in the bathroom. Not ideal if one likes privacy.

Friend,y staff and good breakfast

After 2 days we had to ask for room service and the parking isn’t good, all the close streets are very busy and we have had to look for parking availability a outside the square

We loved everything . We booked last minute whilst travelling past for one night, the lady who welcomed us was so lovely and we received a warm welcome from the team. We loved the location and design of the place. The food was fantastic and room was comfortable and spotless.

Not that much to be honest… facilities were great.

Breakfast is fine, nothing to complain about, but nothing to crave. I was the first to arrive, so I can’t comment on how quickly the hotel replenishes.

The hotel’s booking process was confusing. I received about 16 Dutch messages (doubled by messages sent through Booking) that I couldn’t understand, but I sensed urgency on some of them. I was asked to check in online and pay upfront, despite my preference to pay at the property. The payment should’ve been made on the hotel’s payment page, but I avoided entering my card details on unfamiliar websites while traveling. I called the property to confirm my arrival time. Overall, I have no complaints and would recommend this property for future travel.
