Good location. Nice view from room. Able to open windows. Well stocked free minibar and available snacks. Breakfast very good. Good shower. Friendly staff.

Room was VERY dark, needed better lighting. Also street noise loud at night on weekend. No counter space in bathroom area. Room seemed tired- needed updating for price. Same with lobby reception area. No 24 hour reception desk. We could have used assistance prior to 9 AM. No breakfast choices, although what was provided was well done.

Such an exception hotel in a brilliant area. The staff go above and beyond, and are extremely accommodating. We were so grateful for our time there with our two young sons. Thanks again!

right in the heart of the city

rooms were small and shower in the middle and transparent so it leaves very little privacy when traveling with family

Right at the city center, all points of interests (tourism, public transportation, food) are within walking distance. The hotel is nearby the river and during the summer time, it is such a pleasant place to be. The suite I got exceeded my expectation. It had a sauna, the bed is comfortable, and the room is very spacious. Bar snacks are provided and the breakfast service is highly recommended.

Limited floor space for open luggage Toilet so high, feet could not touch the floor No place to put toiletry items other than floor in shower and very limited space around hand basin.

Spacious and comfortable rooms in a great location. Very nice staff. Lots of free beverages and snacks in the lobby and each floor.

Rooms are a bit dated. Reception is not open at night. No breakfast except in your room.

easy to reach by train and bus. staff was very helpful and accommodating. about €13 pp/day to take the trainback and forth between haarlem and amsterdam. centraal.

Location was perfect, amazing room which was very spacious and of course, the snacks were great too.

The room was smelling stale for the whole duration of the trip.

Staff was very kind and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and very well laid out. We would absolutely stay her again if we return to Haarlem.

The location is near a street with pubs. There was lots of noice until 3am so we couldn't keep the window open.

Amenities were exceptional. Spa shower, wow! Bed super comfy. Huge room. Nice staff. Exceptional location.

Terrace was weird. Not private feeling and loud noise from air conditioner or heating units. Dirty view.

Great location, excellent room and facilities.

Parking is 10 mins walk from the hotel… but I am being ‘picky’. It really isn’t a problem and the parking is secure.

Liked almost everything about the property

The fact that I got stuck in the lift and the Uber driver was waiting for me was a bit of an issue. But in the end the kind girl rescued me

Super friendly staff. Fantastic location. Central to everything. Clean. Thankful for the elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep which is fine but when you have luggage it is very helpful to have the elevator

Spa cabin was broken in one of our rooms. They couldn’t fix in time so they gave a complimentary breakfast. The room smelled a little moldy

Location, staff attitude

Stairs are too steep, even for young people, gives some fun:) But an excuse maybe found because the old building wasn’t built with an idea to be Hotel in the future, elevator solves the problem if you patient enough to wait.
