Part of a restaurant, but no facilities for guests such as breakfast or a resident's bar - couldn't even get a drink in the restaurant.

I had booked and paid for a room with sea view but got one facing the car park. Beds are hard but I solved it by putting the two over mattresses on top of each other. No room service in 5 days was unexpected but they replaced towels and emptied the bin…

I attended a conference and the other hotels were very expensive or very far from Rotterdam. So I felt the deal was good in the circumstances and was positively surprised after reading many bad comments. The room was spacious and the location is good. It’s also an interesting concept staying on a Chinese boat in Rotterdam. The park nearby is very nice.

Old property, Asian restaurant at ground floor so you smell the food all the time. You also smell the fuel of the boats and can hear the noise during the day

The air-condition in both rooms did not work. Opening the windows did not really cool down the room, but instead let a couple of mosquitos into the room. The high room temperatures made the conditions in the rooms unacceptable. At least, the reception offed us the option to cancel the second night without costs as a response.

In general, the rooms were good and clean. Having a supermarket and a restaurant in the same building was also nice. There is enough parking place next to the hotel. The price for parking is acceptable, if you park only over night.

Taxis that I wanted were not prompt arrival.

This hotel room has a bathtub. This is important for Japanese travellers.

The rooms are very hot in summer (I would guess 30°C) and the AC does not work. Leave the window open and the mosquitoes will get you (but it's better than roasting) The curtains were falling down and there were some stains on the floor.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Easy to bike to nearby places. Sheets were clean.

Our room had a very steep and narrow staircase to reach the floor. AC wasn’t working. No one could fix it.

its a bit far from the centre and the station, there are trams available for some of the way but no direct. the room also had very limited plug sockets as well as overhead lighting

the room had excellent views of the water and all the passing by boats, and the room came without the basics. there are few restaurants nearby but they do close early at around 9pm

Parking is advertised, but this is public parking which is very expensive and not secure. The room was very outdated..

The location is quite nice. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel on hot day and it was impossible to get the room cool at night (no air conditioning), so that made it difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff, the room was decent and the cleaning was quite good.

room without airconditioning (broken) and windows that don't oppen. Climbing stairs to reach our beds. Electricity sockets barely existing - to charge our phones we had to keep light on through the night. Very shabby. Felt like in a criminal movie abour Honkong mafia - partly amusing, but not place you would like to stay. And 50 EUR caution for a key! (got it back, sure, but still).

location. close to the park and tourist attraction boats. Center reachable by foot. Maas view was stunning.

The bathroom was really a bit of a disgrace, the seal around the shower base not acceptable and looked very dirty. The shower curtain didn't keep the shower water in and was somewhat past its best. The carpet in the room had seen better days, some time ago. There was no usable room temperature control, it looked like it had been broken, I have no idea if it worked, fortunately I didn't need it. The whole room looked and felt very 'worn out and tired'.

Staff helpful - Good location - Good Restaurants (both) - good room size - good bed size - the mattress was hard, which I like but many wouldn't.

Too expensive (paid 180 Euro/night) for the facilities provided, the bathroom was rundown and there wasn't enought lighting in the room (one weak lamp on the wall and two bedside lamps with only one working). You need to leave a 50 euro deposit for the key, something that is not mentioned when booking (not a big issue though as you get it back at checkout)

The location was good in a quiet part of the city within about 1km from the city center. Room was spacious and rather clean.
