There was construction right outside my window starting at 9am. It was not possible to sleep any longer due to the noise. The rooms are carpeted and do not have air conditioning. The window of my room opened in direction to the next building and did not get much daylight.

Great location to explore Amsterdam and close to the train station. The room size was good. The welcome and good bye gift was a nice touch. Luggage could be stored after check out. Check out time was midday, which was great. Friendly staff. It felt secure.

The room was a bit dusty, but it is like one of the common issues with carpeted floors in old buildings.

The staff at the front desk was willing to communicate and help, which made us feel welcome and comfortable. The mini Kiosk is also great when you get a little peckish in the evening.

I was happy the only thing I would say is that it was a little hot in the room and I did notice a corner of the room had some black mould but not enough to actually be bothered about and overall we were happy

Loved the location, the TV and services it came with, coffee machine and the 24/7 snack bar at reception, to be honest I was very happy with our stay after booking late when our flight got cancelled.

Shower does not have an edge so water goes out beyond shower. It's not too bad, just need to put extra towels on the floor.

The location was good. Close walk to train station . There was a fan in the room. We also had our window open. We found the temperature to sleep comfortable. Our room, not facing the canal, was quite. There are snacks, beverages (including alcohol), power adapter and souvenirs for sale in the lobby. They have luggage storage. You do need to walk down a few steps to the lobby but there is an elevator inside.

Noisy, uncomfortable sofa. Extremely narrow stairs to upper floors. If you have lots of luggage, dont choose this.

The room was very small. Like in all Amsterdam, prices in the weekend are high. Our room had a window but the view was a very close building. I am sure the rooms with the canal views are nicer

It's noisy from the street, not like cars and motorbikes just people talking as they are walking. They give you earplugs. I was happy enough there.

I had the room overlooking the canal and footpath. I loved it actually. I sat there with my coffee and stroop waffle (pack of) look over the canal and people walking by. It was raining so I couldn't think of a better more comfortable place to sit during the rain. It was also super easy to get to central station.

The elevator was broken when I checked out and the stairs is very narrow.

Location and staff are great and the apartment was good and clean. It's close to the main attractions and Centraal Station, what helps a lot.

Only minor suggestion is that the seating in the breakfast room not appropriate- mostly high stools which were not suitable for my companion who has limited mobility. there were only four seats at an easier level which were already occupied.

Nicely presented hotel , comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent quiet location.Breakfast was well stocked.
