If you have mobility issues you will struggle to get in after they close the restaurant (where the lift is). Its steep stairs all the way after midnight. no fridge

all the basics were covered. Glad that the room had 2 fans for the summer heat. TV worked well and could watch stations from all over the Netherlands. plus English and French news channels.

Perfect location right in the city center. Room was tidy and fit for purpose, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Staff was very friendly.

That there were specific hours the elevator is open. If you come to the hotel a bit late and you have to take the stairs and it is very hard after a long day and also if you are at the last level of the hotel. Also the weather started to get warm and we noticed the room had no air conditioning. We were lucky there was a ventilator, which helped a bit. Some nights there is party in the street you can hear it in your room and the clock of the church close by so cute, every hour and half hours it plays, but it can be annoying. I had no issues with it. After a few days, I got accustomed.

The location is perfect. Everything is close. Walking distance to train station.

Awesome location on the square with all the restaurants and bars right there. But as a result it is a little noisy. Ive stayed before so it wasnt a surprise. The new restaurant is great!

After check out, we had to leave the hotel (no luggage room or the possibility to stay at the reception area). This was quite inconvenient since we had to carry our luggage in the rain around the city to find another spot to wait for our train. Reception told us she would close the reception and only open again after 3 PM and we could not stay there. We asked for a recommendation, and she told us to look for a coffee place ourselves.

Comforble beds, great location (but the city center is quite small), spacious rooms and bathroom. Despite arriving after check in closed, they provided information for us to have access to our rooms.

The hotel is upstairs the restaurant and bar. It's really noisy, even if your room is on the upper floor.

The hotel is in the middle of the center, old town. A really good location. Room nicely furbished. You have everything you need for your stay (except coffee 😉). Stairs are bit steepy, but it's good for ecersice (or you can use an elevator as an alternative - no problem 💪).

Wonderful accommodation... The location of the hotel is great, which is not so far away from the Heerlen station and you have many bars, restaurants and shopping centers around.

At first the digital signal on the tv was regularly disturbed, but later on it was stable.

Located in lively centre with colourful fair happening on 2 squares. The hotel is entered via the second floor with breakfast location looking down on a beautiful bar: very pleasant atmosphere. Room with single bed was exactly what you need. Breakfast in the morning was extensive with lots of fresh food.

Windows open to an inside space, so you can't really vent your room. Room is very dark, if you drop your phone, good luck finding the light switch in the night. Noise isolation is not perfect, but they give ear plugs. During the week days, I didn't had to use them.

Stayed in the room 505 during weekdays. Convenient location, nice breakfast. Staff is pretty awesome and allow you to check-in late (key box outside the building). You can check-in online beforehand as well. Spacious bathroom!

It's a bit noisy at weekends but the hotel is located on the main square so to be expected.

All the rooms were modernised and much nicer than on the pictures. Great central location.
