Very central

A bit noisy and difficult to carry cases to second floor

Location, breakfast was fantastic, good value

The room was unusual with the shower cubicle in the middle of the room and the bed on an appropriately wide shelf by the window. Some couples might find the lack of privacy in the loo off-putting.

It was not suitable for a family at all. It was very noisy and the bar was open and busy until midnight and it was the worst choice for us as a family of four and they didn't even give us a four-bed room, and we stayed on the second floor and our children on the third floor.We only wanted to sleep there for one night and leave early in the morning at 7 am because we had to return to our home in Denmark after our trip to France, and it was like a nightmare for our family and not family friendly at all.They should try to give families like us two adjoining rooms so that we can be together, and the toilet should be separate and closed, while the toilet was in the middle of the room, and a terrible unpleasant smell would fill the room after going to the bathroom, and we were really annoyed. And we had never seen a toilet in the middle of a room without a wall, and my daughter and son could not go to the bathroom together.

The location is great and the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom isn't closed off, so the toilet is in the same room as the bed, which is rather awkward if you're a couple like we were.

Top employees . I forgot the lady's name (maybe Carmen?) She went above and beyond. The location is superb.

Bathroom situation is not good, weird layout. It wasn’t very clean with marks and dirt on the walls, hairs in the bed sheets with faint stains on them had to buy our own sheets as judging by the cleanliness of the room we wouldn’t be getting new clean ones anyway. Safe didn’t work or we just weren’t made aware of the safe option? Window handle was almost broken and required some perseverance to lock/open. Room key got jammed when trying to lock the door on the last day, thankfully very helpful staff got it to lock. No air conditioning made it quite hot during the warm weather.

The bed was comfy. The staff was nice. It's a good hotel to just stay a few days max.

When we arrived, we saw that the headboard of the bed wasn't attached to the bed. We temporarily fixed this by pushing the bed against it so it would stay put between the bedframe and the wall. The shower looked a little bit moldy, but this could also be chipped of paint, not sure. And sadly the light above the bed didn't work properly.
