About the luggage storage, just so you know, on most days we’re able to start early check-in from around 12 pm, so guests can often already leave their bags in the room without paying any fee. For future visits, we do have private rooms available if you’re looking for more comfort and privacy. Sorry to hear the cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations this time. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere and found the bathrooms clean — and it’s great that you had a chance to experience some of the social events we host! We understand your point about the bed setup. In our shared dorms, each guest usually has access to their own outlet, but we’ll definitely pass along your feedback about the plugs and the curtains — we’re always looking for ways to improve the space and guest comfort.
