Location is great, pretty close to the Rotterdam Centraal. The room was big and spacious and had everything needed. The staff was polite and very helpful. The 24/7 "market" on the 2nd floor was a nice addition as well.

No breakfast served, I would have like to have had breakfast there. Instead they have a shop where you can buy snacks. It requires breakfast to be served option, or at least continental breakfast. The room was a little dusty and needs a thorough clean of the areas that don't get attention all the time.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great room size, comfortable. Great Staff and very welcoming and warm by the heart.

One minor drawback was the inability to open or even tilt the windows. A couple of times I woke up craving fresh air, but the only option available was the cooled air from the AC :(

The hotel is located in the vibrant centre of Rotterdam and offers convenient access to numerous attractions within walking distance. It is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, museums, pubs, and art galleries. The hotel's location is just perfect. Thanks to the charming staff, who provided tips and valuable recommendations on sightseeing and activities, we enjoyed our visit to Rotterdam even more. I can definitely recommend The James Rotterdam to anyone.

Not much. Things are basically good.

Location is good, about 10 mins walk to the Rotterdam Central station and is close to the shopping area & a supermarket. Room very comfortable. Shower is good, room is bright & spacious. Staff are basically nice and helpful, and even volunteer us some dining discount coupons. Quite some restaurants close by. There is also choice of buying simple breakfast on 2nd floor. 3 mins walk to Dudok which had the best apple pie for breakfast. ~15 mins walk to Marthai. Need to prress a botton for the front desk to open the door to get into the hotel, so feeling more secure.

Lighting in the room was quite low. Luckily we had lots of windows to allow sun in to see. Thought for price would be a bit more posh. Sort of looks like a higher end hotel that is not being kept up. We didn't care but the extras in the room weren't there. Three star hotel that I thought was a bit pricy but it is in the centre of Rotterdam.

Staff very helpful. Room nice enough. Essentials covered. Central location good for sight seeing around town. Not too far from water bus. USB port at wall plug. WIFI worked great.

The corridors and the breakfast/lounge area have a nice design; however, they lit very dimly. The hotel is not next to a tram or subway stop.

The hotel is clean and in good shape. There is a great shop that offers plenty of different snacks and drinks 24/7 with a self-checkout. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the James Hotel. We had a great view of Rotterdam from the 17th floor. The room was comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast but the self serve area was really unique and looked good. Very easy to walk to public transport stops and much of the city.

The beds have very, very soft mattress toppers which were too soft for my taste and also made the central part of the bed where the two singles join a dip which you actually get stuck in. As we were only there for one night I wasn’t really bothered but for a longer stay not sure what I could’ve done to resolve it.

The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. The self service area on the 2nd floor had a good selection of drinks and snacks and we used it upon arrival whilst we waited for our rooms to be ready and again on the day we left after we collected our bags.

When we arrived we were given a free upgrade from a comfort double to a junior suite. Wow! Very happy customers!! Staff were very friendly. Room was spotless. Amazing room with an amazing view. Comfortable beds. Food offering supermarket style which suites us as one of us doesn't eat much breakfast. (Or you can get a discounted breakfast at a local cafe.)

Everything is very comfortable and practical. Not a romantic style)). Best location. Everything is thought out for you. The lounge zone and a 24/7 shop is most convenient. Thank you. Very good for a business trip for sure.

The bed was a very comfortable King size, but it was slightly too big for the configuration of the room. It was a bit snug to walk around the bed to access the wardrobe and desk area.

Perfect location in the centre of Rotterdam. Super comfortable bed with a modern and tasteful room decor. The bathroom had a huge shower, and it was well designed. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The hotel has a cool parking option right next door to the front entry. It has parking stackers that park your car for you! The hotel is within walking distance to the shopping precinct, restaurants and bars.
