Holland12 arvustust„Very bad accommodation, no communication at all and you have to figure everything out for yourself.”Lets start with some small points: - bad cushions - dirty accommodation (with fungus and broken shower) - very easy to get in someone else’s room (every door has the same code) - just 1 towel for two persons - blood (?) stains on the matras All of the above was not even the worst part. Let’s summarize: after the booking and confirmation we didn’t receive any message at all. The accommodation was very hard to find. We knew it had to be somewhere over here, but we didn’t receive any instructions on how to enter the room. Luckily we found another guest who could help us. We had to call the owner and he would send instructions. THIS SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE!!! Not when we arrive…. (and wait in the rain) We called the owner and we had to send him a message… then we heard NOTHING for about 1 hour. He was in a meeting, and we were standing in the rain waiting for a nice warm shower… We contacted Booking.com and they could help us, but they also couldn’t contact the owner. In the end he finally responded and we had to pick up the key at a shop. Then he was silent again, we didn’t know which apartment, or which floor we were on. We tried calling him again and after a long time we finally received instructions were our room was. For checking out we also had to ask for instructions ourselves. There was NO initiative at al from the owner. In the end we just put the keys in the room and left because we had to catch a very early train.. Sadly we were not the only one with bad experiences with this accommodation. There were other guests before and after us arriving who helped us, and we helped them. It’s horrible, and you should not book this room at all!!!
What was positive…. Hard to say a few positive words about this accommodation and host. One positive side were all the people (guests and neighbours) that were very helpful to find our way and how to acces our room. Furthermore, the location is very central. But that’s all I can say.
