Strange configuration of rooms and hallways. Stairs and ramps in odd locations- made it difficult to move luggage from lobby to room.

Sauna had to be pre-ordered to get it heated, and was to intimate/close inside the training room.(at least for our expectations)

As an Italian I always miss the bidet while traveling but I understand it can't be anywhere. Breakfast was really early in the morning (6.30-9.30 am). I would suggest adding a couple more vegan options!

Our room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, I loved every bite. Bonus: there is one man in the staff who told us the history of the building and some suggestions regarding what to visit. He was very kind and dedicated Thank you!!

The entrance to parking should be easier access. Our room was cold, and we tried to regulate the temperature,but we realised it was a central heating regulation, so it stayed cold all night. Not carpet in the bathroom,after shower, it became slippery.And hair dryer stopped every minute with 5 min break, and it was a bit annoying. Another small detail is the window of our room looking towards another guest room ,so as seamed not crowded the expectation was that maybe we would be no facing any guest room.

Historical building. Not so historical room interiors. Super location between the railway station and Kilden/Kunstsilo. The friendly receptionist gave us a walking tour including historical highlights. Please get rid of the garish interior decor in the rooms😝 Fantastic breakfast.

The bed, the mattress was more of a mattress topper, about 70 mm thick that sagged and moved as you did, such a shame.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the underground bargain was good as I was concerned about my bike. The room was compact but very modern with a good shower. The breakfast was an excellent variety, I would challenge any one to say they could not find something. Plus it was well served and cooked were appropriate.

No place to park upon arrival; no sense of arrival. Had to park in remote lot across the street. Walk-in navigate access. Garage: way too tight and hard to navigate with luxury car Luggage: had to pull luggage up garage ramp, no elevator access to hotel from garage. No ramp from street to front door - had to heft up luggage to hotel entrance Room: didn’t really care for window facing interior lobby of hotel No bath mat or washcloths. I had to change my room as I was unable to lock it from the inside. Reception were very accommodating and offered me another room which was fine.

The room was a little small, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the bathroom light!

Very nice building, the location was very nice and we wish to visit Kristiansand again! Parking was very easy and included in the price.

Better to leave the luggage at the hotel entrance before entering the car park as there is no elevator to the lobby. The car park has very small slots: plan to book in advance with the reception and beware if you have a big car!

Good stop hotel while arriving or leaving through the ferry. Just a few minutes from the harbor, and from the city main square that has many restaurant options. Good comfort and breakfast, friendly staff and great to have a parking just underneath - which you need to book!

I arrived in the early hours of the morning on the Denmark ferry, and travelled onwards before breakfast. I was in a rush. But in this short visit the staff were great, efficient, kind, friendly. You would not have guessed it was 02:00 in the morning! I was sorry not to see more of the hotel.

Very small room with big chair in it ….Bath room was also like in a mobile home. We reserved a parking space for our car, but the garage was full. Public parking was nearby and the pre paid price was reimbursed correctly

the size of bedrooms is quite surprising for Norway : even for a single bed bedroom, the size was really small.

Location, breakfast and spa facilities were amazing, the staff was very welcoming, specially during the night, and trully accomodating.
