It would be helpful to add a sign visible form the street to guide arrival to the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very calm area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is top. The wellness-area and the swimming pool are new and clean. We could park our historic car in the garage. The rooms are well-equipped with a nice view on the fjord.

The whole pool/spa thing was confusing. I didn't understand why I needed to book the pool in advance as the whole establishment seemed empty. Anyhow, I had a swim when I was able to and it was divine but the steam room was cold and the hot tub was just hot water no bubbles so disappointing. With a pool this big I think it's better we can just come and go when it suits us rather than feeling locked into a time.

Maybe black out blinds for guest staying during the summer time as the sun doesn’t set.

Hotel facilities overall were very good, quality spar for the price and very friendly staff. Really good location too only 10-15 min walk to the center of Tromso. Suite rooms were spacious and the coffee machine was a nice bonus!

The staff were incredibly helpful. They allowed for all requests with leaving large luggage items and late checkout.

The breakfast was free and had a good selection but the hot food were never hot. The lady in the restaurant did not bother replenishing anything even though it was the busy time. Even for the basic things like juice, eggs, coffee and milk had ran out and had to wait for more than ten minutes for each one of these.

Staff were friendly and the hotel room was very clean and well maintained. The location was also very good as it took us only 15 minutes to walk to the centre of the town. The hotel provided free hot drinks and even though it was the machine dispenser, the drinks were very nice.

I like a hot shower & could not get it hot enough despite trying everything. The room heating also seemed slightly cool. We were not used their light switches so switching on lights was a trial. (Thats an us problem) . The very slight difference in floor levels in the unit saw a couple of stubbed toes.

Very nice hotel, helpful and extremely nice staff. Great buffet breakfast. Suite was spacious and comfortable with all required amenities. We enjoyed the spa that has an inner pool and received a very good massage. Great stay!

The staff were so helpful with everything we needed. Our apartment was spotless when we arrived, which was great. It also had everything we could've asked for and plenty of room to spread out. We were really comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Perfect location, spotlessly clean, and beautifully modern, all set in a truly lovely environment with a gorgeous view & an easy walk into town for dinner / drinks / shopping / tours etc. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations in every way - the spa is such a treat! It was our first time visiting Tromsø, and thanks to this hotel, it certainly won’t be our last! One of our all-time favorite trips—highly recommended! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Sad to leave, but already looking forward to coming back!

Couldn't fault a thing!

Amazing stay. The staff were incredible. The restaurant staff were very kind to us when we got in late and were close to the restaurant closing time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The suite was great, the spa was great. The bed was super comfy. The walk into town was <10 mins but it was nice and quiet and a little bit tucked away. A kiwi supermarket was just around the corner which was handy. Our suite had everything that you need. A big thumbs up on a decent hairdryer, everything was really well thought out. I'd happily return in a heartbeat!

Everything was pretty good, no complaints.

Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The spa facilities were a great bonus — modern and relaxing, especially after a long day in the snow. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of sweet, savoury, hot, and cold options. Definitely worth adding. The hotel is a 10–15 minute walk from Tromsø city centre, which we actually preferred — the location offered unobstructed sea and mountain views from our room, unlike many city centre hotels where you’re surrounded by boats and crowds.

Housekeeping only came once during our 4 day stay - they are working on that. The bedroom is tiny - you have to crawl across the bed to get to the other side. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and it is a long walk to other places. Also, the restaurant is in transition - the food was good but the menu was limited and the same every day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size suite and very warm during the very cold stay. The breakfast was good and available at good times. The gym was nice and had lots of room and equipment.

Breakfast could be improved, the ‘warm’ options were very average as they dry out under the hot plate. No options for nicer coffee latte/cappuchino/espresso in the restaurant.

The hotel is a little walk uphill from the bus stop, which becomes a bit annoying when the streets are icy.

We had a two-bedroom suite that was very comfortable. We were especially happy with the well-equipped kitchen, as we cooked a lot ourselves. As suite guests we enjoyed complementary access to the wonderful spa. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar on the 5th floor with excellent food, wonderful staff, and a great view.

The room did not get cleaned during the 4 night stay. If you went to breakfast a little later it was cold. Seeing this on previous reviews I had hoped it had been addressed. It's a shame as the food was tasty. If these things were addressed it would be perfect :)

Beautiful spacious room with a lovely view. There were great options at breakfast especially with being vegetarian. Lovely location with a great view over the city. The spa had a lovely atmosphere.
