No clothes/towels' hangers, only 1 dishwasher tablet for 2-night stay, quite expensive - unreasonably so. And of, course the outside of the cabin could be cleaner, including the terrace - so unkept and dirty

The cabin has a huge potential which is not fulfilled, location is superb, the bathroom with the shower and the washing machine - great, the kitchen is not well-equipped unfortunately, but the rooms are really comfortable, nice clean beds. With a little effort this place could be so awesome.

The checking in process was confusing, first had instructions to go to an address to pick up the key and then on the day of check-in was given PIN numbers. Also had to drive around awhile to actually find the place

Dust bin was not clean at the time of check in and was having the garbage of earlier stay. Heater in room was not in operation nor was any proper instructions. Toiletries like shampoo hand wash , body wash not available. We went to Hotel union to get all this. No one attends the complain on week end.

older property, clean . nothing in kitchen to clean dishes with like a scruber or towel , no towels to dry dishes or sink area . no light bulb in the living room, no hand soap in the bathroom. wifi code incorrect -we found correct one on the router box . trash area was overflowing

We didn't know the apartment was in a cabin that looked half-ruined from the outside. It might have been the beginning of some reconstruction work, it's hard to tell. A notification of some sort would have been appreciated, because the apartment is far from cheap. Second, having absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom is really unreasonable! Arriving late in the evening, after a whole-day ride, and not having even a mini hand soap in the bathroom made no sense! There was also no hair dryer (although it was listed as available) and no one was answering my emails and calls about it. Finally, I went to a nearby hotel (the same where we collected the apartment keys) and borrowed one from them. Lastly, you are expected to leave the apartment in a perfectly clean state on departure, but no cleaning material is provided!

Spacious and comfortable. Easy and very nice walk down the river to the port of Geiranger. Well-equipped kitchen, with utensils. Newly renovated bathroom (it's the nicest room in the apartment). Free parking right in front of the entrance door. There is also a nice terrace, which we couldn't use because the weather was cold and very wet.

Water heating issue. It took forever to reheat water in the bathroom after just one shower.

Location is just perfect and can't be better than that.

No wash cloth or drying up cloths for wiping surfaces. The toilet paper holder was broken and the microwave didn’t work.

Renovation felt incomplete resulting in some odd things. For example, no towel racks or hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. No toilet paper roll holder either. Basic items like a dish towel and cutting board and a pot compatible with the induction stove were missing from the kitchen, although when we told the staff they brought them for us. One bedroom was really small, had no heater and a weird stain on the floor. No soap provided in the bathroom.

Updated apartment. Very good location next to Hotel Union and fjord center with beautiful views from living room and deck. Free parking right outside door. Spacious.

Very expensive yet sparceley furnished Numerous lights not working Black mould in bathroom Outside area poorly maintained and overgrown to the exrent that it was not usable. There was a dead mouse on the decking that had obviously been there for a while. In such a beatiful location, in July, to not be able to use the outside area is poor. Address wrong and hotel where keys are to be picked up also wrong. This was the most expensive accomodation we used on our tour of Norway and was easily the most disappointing. There is clearly not enough focuss on maintaining this property.

Hot water only lasted about 10 minutes. Cold for several hours before it was hot again. Zero amenities except toilet paper, even one small bar of soap to wash your hands with would have been an improvement.

Modernised bathroom, clean bedding, generally clean in other areas.
