I couldn't drink coffee at the breakfast - it was always not hot enough with a strange taste/residue. Location is not the best to eat out at the evening: very few choice and poor quality of food. We ended up buying ready food in Coop supermarket. To eat in Brewery itself - pretty expensive: about 60 euro per person.

The bed was terrible, it was way too small and soft. Room was also too warm. Didn’t sleep sadly this let the hotel down.

The cleaner only comes once every 5 days. Bathrooms very basic, and rooms functional, beds comfortable. We only slept in our rooms so we didnt mind the decor etc.

The best location you can wish for, comfortable hotel in the town centre set back from the road, so quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Amazing breakfasts and coffees at the hotel including cakes. I am still dreaming about the breakfast, as we all got hooked on meatballs and sausages for breakfast. The hotel has its own brewery and local beers on tap which are great. The restaurant downstairs is totally amazing, we had the most amazing fish and burgers there for dinner and the prices are reasonable. Its popular so I recommend you book in advance. Bus station for busses to/from Oslo airport 7 mins walk. Outside of the hotel is shuttle bus stop with busses to the ski lifts leaving every hour - 5 mins later you are skiing. You have the ice ring about 5 min stroll from the hotel, with free plastic seals and penguins for the children to hop on and ride, all lit up and safe. The supermarket is a short stroll, has fab ride on car-trolleys for the children to sit in whilst you shop.

Very simple breakfast. Dirty laundry and something like cleaning chemicals were stored just in the corridor, an unpleasant smell caused allergy.

Location quite noisy, really a lot of noise from the street until late at night and also very early in the morning. Quite noisy corridor too, yet we were in a room at the end of the corridor and far from the stairs, but heard people talking several times during the night. We didn't sleep well :-(

not having a reception or staff on site was a little inconvenient: it was difficult at first to navigate the shuttle schedule with nobody to help, and we had an issue with our bathroom light there was nobody to help resolve.

location is amazing! super easy shuttle to the mountain. the brewery was really cozy with a fireplace, the food was excellent and fresh breakfast everyday was a wonderful touch. walkable to town center which let us explore. the restaurant staff were super kind and helpful! we’d definitely come back
