Dear Libor, This issue has been passed on to me as GM since this is a serious issue that needs to be followed up closely. I have conducted an inspection of your room and no signs of unwanted guests has been detected. We have also on previous occasions been in contact with our laundry supplier to make sure no detergents provoking allergies are being used, this is once again confirmed.
