Overall very good, the room was spacious and well equipped, the restaurant was fantastic with a good choice of well cooked food, I was only there for breakfast , the evening meal looked just as good. Location was close to airport , and therefore a distance into town, however you can get the tram, about a 5 min walk away into town, it takes about 40 mins, the hotel also has a snack bar for drinks and snacks.i didn’t try the gym or wellness rooms.

The room was not cleaned and even after we asked repeatedly, only the beds were made again. We had to clean the shower after and toilet cover after late arrival, from hair of the previous occupants. Only after complaining twice, also the shower was probably cleaned. Not acceptable at all

It was disaster with free parking on the territory of hotel, and it seems there is no control, who parks there. So if there was a barrier, to let in only hotel visitors, it would be much easier in my opinion.

Good breakfast, clean room, really helpful stuff. They have free children coctails, it was so kind, and kids like them so much. Little shop near lobby with all necessary small things and snacks for those who forgot tooth brush or some other hygienic things.

Comfortable beds. Just the right size room. Perfect and tasty breakfast. A short distance from the center of Bergen, if you are traveling by car, and at a reasonable price.

The buffet dinner was a little underwhelming

The location was great and the staff were very helpful in directing us to the light rail and best way to buy tickets in order to get to Bergen city. Only 40 minutes away by light rail. Breakfast was excellent and other leisure activities such as shuffle board, pool table, darts and foosball were well maintained. The kids were well catered for too.

Not very tidy, uncomfortable pillows, dust smell in the room, room was very small. The stuff not very kind and helpfull, didn't know about early breakfast possibilities when we asked.

Not that i didn’t like it. This is just an observation, i hope they have atleast warm egg for early bird breakfast.😊

Our family has early flight so we manage to send them to the airport without hassle because it is so close by. We even went back to our hotel room and sleep for an hour or two and had a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel was very welcome after a 9 hour journey by plane. The location was perfect for us. Short ride to and from the airport. The room clean and comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast a very welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend the Scandic Kokstad.
