We lived in the seahous, which was just beautiful. We love the location very much and have been there several times, its just one of the most beautiful places for me. The seahouse was perfect with a family, brilliant view, direct next to the beach.

Rooms on the ground floor on the Northern side (not the bay) have a pretty sad view (grassy hill) with people walking around the hotel seeing everything you do in your room.

Great location, beautiful views, complimentary coffee and tea, nice staff, free sauna with access to bay with cold water.

Signage to the guest rooms from the bar/front desk could be better. It wasn't clear which door led to the rooms. A different type of door, or a sign would have been helpful.

The breakfast in the morning was great. The location and the view from the restaurant was wonderful. I arrived late, but was still able to get some dinner and something to drink when I arrived.

One of the reception staff was a little abrupt but altogether it was a magical experience.

Superb hotel in a magical setting. The room was just right, lovely view with excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel had a fantastic bar with amazing views and sitting out on the deck in sunshine was heaven. The staff were extremely kind in trying to get the right wine for me. Breakfast was really exceptional both in choice and quality

We have stayed in many places without air conditioners, seems pretty normal in this part of the world. However, this was the hottest sleep I have experienced. We opened doors and windows but didn’t want to sleep with them open because we didn’t want to get bitten by bugs. Also, the cabin we booked was for 4 people. What we got was one more suitable for 3 people, as the double bed was tiny. The rooms were so small we had to put our suitcases in the living room. Since it looked like most of the cabins were unoccupied the night we stayed, I am surprised they didn’t upgrade us to a cabin more suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Also, cabins do not include breakfast.

The location of this property is spectacular. The ocean views took our breath away, and we couldn’t stop taking pictures! The staff were very friendly and the main building was inviting. Complimentary coffee and tea was delightful.

Long hair in bathroom. (im extremely bald, so it wasn't from me.) Dust and general dirt under bed at the headboard end.

We stayed in a two-bedroom lagoon apartment. The view across the water was lovely, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The lounge was spacious with a good view, and the beds were comfortable.
