It needs a redecoration . Hideous green walls like a hospital

- Great location, just across the train station, and at walking distance from many touristic spots - Excellent breakfast, with plenty of options of bread, jams and cheese (also with varied gluten-free and lac-free options); everything very tasty

- The room was sort of small, but it was nonetheless functional - No amenities in the bathroom, only body wash

The receptionists were super friendly and helpful! The hotel staff was kind and supportive! Overall very good experience

The staff were amazing. The lady having Spanish grandfather and the man in the 17.08.25 night were so helpful. I was able to store my luggage until night freely with hospitality. Breakfast was nice.

There were some hair on bed but other then that, room was clean. Room was a little small but manageable.

For some reason we couldn’t turn off the lights without turning off the master switch, so devices couldn’t charge overnight. The manager came and couldn’t figure it out either.

- NO air conditioning, staff doesn’t see why guests need 2 fans in every rooms when 25 degrees + - average breakfast spread - no replenishment of bath consumables - maintenance work on doors ensure passage doors were closed (3rd floor, Friday morning)

When we finally got a room, it was pleasant and large.Good breakfast.

When we arrived, room not yet available and staff did little to accommodate us. We were initially offered a very dark and dreary room on the ground floor. Then we were offered a room on a higher floor - but the elevator was broken so we would have had to climb a steep flight of stairs (both of us in our 80s, so that was difficult). We finally got a room that only required one flight of stairs while waiting for elevator repair. Some staff were helpful, but others seemed to prefer playing cards. The neighborhood is not especially appealing.

Nice spacious bathroom. Great savoury breakfast. Strategic location close to the central station.

Swear breakfast options could be improved.

Great size room, staff was kind, loved the hotel itself

Beware the cost of laundry service! We didn’t read it carefully and spent $700 on two loads. As we were on an extended holiday we didn’t have much choice but $7 per sock is excessive!

Great rooms, even with coffee and tea! Super new everything, 4 minutes walk from the train station and the center of the city. Great breakfast.

Not a great view, but it didn't matter.

Noisy at night , had street facing room. Room was a bit warm even with opening the window

Loud at night, people yelling on the street, traffic noise

Good breakfast buffet. Near train station, Opera House, trams.
