Had all the basics to a very high standard but surprisingly little bedroom storage and given the overall standard, a bit limited on cooking utensils.

Second bedroom with bunk beds has no windows.

Great location, no need to walk to the slopes. Lockers on the 1st floor allowed to keep most of the equipment there. Living room was super convenient and spacious. It was super quiet and I was sleeping like a baby. Reception is in the hotel nearby and can be reached at anytime.

Would have appreciated a filter coffee machine in the apartment instead of capsules of a brand we don't use.

Hardly any staff working there at all, no pick up or drop off from bus stop ( try to find the place with family with suit cases and icy roads and footpaths, not the best start to the week) we did ring the complex from bus stop and informed they don’t do pick ups

There are a few minor alterations that could have improved the accommodation. The second bedroom with bunks was very dark - individual lights for the bunks especially the bottom bunk would have been very useful in the night. The sockets in that room were not accessible as they were under the bunk bed and the wardrobe had no shelves so storage was a bit of a challenge. Also a shelf / rack for ski helmets in the entrance hall would have been really helpful but these really are only minor issues!!!!

The location of the property is ideal - the true definition of ski in ski out. The ski storage room is easily accessible, warm so your equipment will dry out over night and large enough that you can all get out on the slopes easily first thing in the morning. Our apartment was super comfortable, the appliances were high quality & worked well. We self catered a lot (Norway is eye watering expensive for eating & drinking out) so it was nice to have a lovely space to relax in at the end of the day. We also had all the pans and cooking equipment we needed. Shower was good with plentiful hot water. We had a washing machine which was handy & an airer - clothes dried overnight as the apartment was super warm. The underground secure parking was also really good - you could easily bring in luggage/shopping & the car was protected from the weather. We’ve already booked to return next year!

Washing machine would be helpful (though we knew there was not one in the apartment). Late night party next door one night - we knew the nightclub would be loud until 2-3am, however the neighbours returned and continued partying in their room with loud music until 430am

Excellent stay. Ski in ski out location was perfect, apartment was a great size for our party of 5 with a beautiful view out onto the mountain. Dining table for 10 and seating sofas for 8 (often overlooked in many ski apartments). Ski locker facilities were excellent. We will definitely return.

There was barely presence at front desk. When checking in, we had to wait for 20 minutes before we could speak to someone. Otherwise, the stay was flawless.

Location could not be better. In the middle of the slopes, easily accesible for cars and with ski in/ski out. Spacious appartments with all necessary equipment. Set up with ski lockers was great.

The hosts weren’t available for early check in which made it v busy when everyone wanted to check in at 5pm. We also didn’t see anyone in reception throughout, so although we didn’t have any issues I’m not sure how helpful they’d be. Our kitchen also wasn’t well stocked for utensils / cooking equipment. There were loads of plates/glasses/pans but no utensils/grater etc. also no hairdryer or iron which I expected. All in all great and we’d love to return - just a few tweaks to make it even better, or remember to pack extra bits to take with us.

The location was brilliant for ski in/ ski out and the apartment was really spacious and clean. We’d love to go again.

There is nothing that i can suggest to improve. This really was as good as it gets.

The accommodation was outstanding, high quality and so well equipped for a self catering holiday and were not limited in anything we needed to prepare. The living space, bathrooms, bedrooms were extremely high standard and comfortable. The view was fantastic also. The facilities were exceptional, ski lockers and dryers, games room for kids, access to slopes cannot be faulted. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. Check in and check out was very easy and like most things in Norway can be done online or using your phone including the key collection. I cannot recommend the Alpine Lodge enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a ground floor apartment, so a limited view. But thats being picky.

The location was fantastic, ski in/out, and just a few minutes walk from everything in Trysil. Lovely new apartments, with all amenities you would expect. Ski room, lockers, key on your phone App, all brilliant.
