I didn't realize when I booked this that I had to pay $22/ person for bedding and towels. I've never encountered this before and for the price I paid for 1 night, it should be included. The price did includ cleaning, which it should, but then still asked me to take trash to dumpster, remove all bedding, wash dishes, etc... NO laundry soap, no amenities, no restaurants nearby... pretty location, but not easy to get to what you want. I would've been better off in a hotel or an Airbnb that included everything.

Beautiful area that overlooks town. Place was updated and nice. Spacious inside with parking outside.

The staff asked to take extra money for cleaning & they we asking for more money if they place is not clean!!! She was asking whey the plates and other kitchen stuff are not located in their locations. Not happy

There is no curtain on the living room for the cabin which I reserved. No privacy in the living room. Balcony not cleaned and the chairs were dirty. There is yellow stains in duvets and pillows need to be cleaned properly.

It needs better cleaning. The mattress and the sheets were not clean to a normal guest standards. Well the mattress needs to be replaced!

Did not appreciate having to pay $36 for linens- seemed excessive. There was a huge focus on cleaningg everything before leaving so as not to incur an expensive cleaning bill. We are always neat and respectful, so this was a bit offputting and we were concerned about using anything. We sat out on the deck and enoyed a beautiful view, however, the deck was filthy. The window sills and chairs were full of tree debris and we had to clean before using. Be cognizant that you will be responsible for making and then stripping the beds, gathering the towels and putting in plastic bags to leave in the hallway. We were to vacuum the furniture as well as the floors and wipe down every surface, again, or you would be facing a costly cleaning bill. They must be able to get by with this process without hiring cleaning staff. Would probably not come back here, but the area and views are definitely worth the trip.

The location was excellent- with a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The rooms were clean- bed a bit soft, but OK. The kitchen was well stocked. We had to pay for bed linens, but they were laundered and clean.

The apartment was extremely dusty upon arrival. Despite having a long list of cleanliness rules and penalties for guests, the place itself was not clean. The duvets were dirty, yellowed, and clearly overused. When we raised these concerns, the staff did not apologize—instead, they defended the condition of the apartment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend booking this place.

The communication about the key and getting to the resort could have been better. We wasted money on the gondola, only to find out that we needed to take a taxi from the train station. Paying for linen and towels is unnecessary, especially since the quality is quite poor. Just include it in the price of the accommodation and fit it to the beds when guests arrive. We also had a mix up because we were given the wrong key and since reception was closed early due to it being Christmas Eve, we struggled to get settled when we arrived. This could all have been avoided if the linen was already fitted since we had booked it a few days in advance.

The location is great but the information on the Voss Resort website could be better. The apartment was well equipped and the views were beautiful.

- You have to pay extra money (20€) per each resident for Lenine and towels because they are not provided with the rent. I received instructions for the house and it includes many things: - clean the house. - wipe the floor. - wash the dishes. -rearrange everything before check out. - put all the linens and towels in plastic bag and drop it in the hallway. - Close all doors and windows. - clean the chimney. - if you lose the key, you will be charged 5000 NOK. What a welcome message I received when I read the instructions, did I pay to work for the owner? - the kitchen and the bedrooms were dirty.
