We wanted to respond after completing a full week of soundproofing monitoring across our property to better understand your concerns. Our recent checks showed that the maximum noise level in guest rooms reached 30 dB, which is well within the international standard for a quiet environment. All our rooms are fitted with double-glazed, soundproof windows to minimise external noise. Occasionally, if a balcony door or window is not fully closed, outside sounds — such as those from nearby nightclubs — can be more noticeable. We truly regret that this may have impacted your rest and understand how important a peaceful night’s sleep is. We’re pleased to know you found our hotel new and the beds comfortable. However, we are sorry that your experience with the gym, spa, and restaurant service did not meet expectations. Your feedback about the restaurant is especially concerning, and we have already reminded our team to ensure every guest receives attentive and prompt service at all times.
