    Staff was very good, food is also good and cleanliness is great. Front desk staff is very supportive as well helping staff and security lady.

    I will talk about a situation that happened to me and the matter was dealt with very professionally by the manager and I thank him Mr. Raju Regmi, he was very cooperative as my wife passed by the room that I had reserved and my reservation was two rooms, they asked what was bothering us and we explained to them and he did nothing but move us to a suite with two rooms and indeed we were moved and they made sure of our comfort in general the hotel is very friendly and I also thank Mr. Siroj Maharjan he knows how to speak Arabic and his style is very respectful and he was cooperative with us I thank them and I apologize for forgetting a person who received me at the beginning and made me enter he deserves thanks as well

    The room decor was beautiful! There were no drawers and no shelves in which to put your on hanging items! I was promised a bench or plastic chair for the shower, I’m mobility disabled. With the exception of myself, every guest in the hotel was Indian! Breakfast buffet was all Indian food except for egg station, toast and fried potatoes! Coffee Shop was closed for some type of construction so there were only specialty restaurants open in the hotel. One restaurant was Nepali & Indian food only and the other was Chinese & Italian food only but the Italian items were quite limited. There was a salon listed as a facility, but it wasn’t to be found either. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant‼️

    Travel desk man was ok but I felt they were over charging.deals were neither value for money nor luxurious.
