Everything,about food, drink, sauna was very expensive, hahaha in connection when you do it outside off hotel

People, big room, glass bottle off water,,every day, they bring as surprise chocolate, after first night upgrade the room, it was to loud, about machines working outside Breakfast was delicious

Travel desk man was ok but I felt they were over charging.deals were neither value for money nor luxurious.

Nothing to dislike.

Amicable, pleasing staff, excellent facility, accommodative to requests from our group, even started the buffet before time just for our group since we had to leave to catch our flight. Very friendly folks at the reception. Helped with multiple currency cash options. Overall very nice experience.

On arrival, the pool was unavailable. Though online it said the pool had already been fixed. We had only booked the hotel due to having pool facility as the hotel was 10 minutes out of Thamel. However, on mentioning this to the staff, they quickly responded and by the next day, we were able to use the pool. Very impressed with their quick response. In the President Suite, the Spa kept tripping the aircon. This happened on two occasions requiring the engineering team to attend to fix the fuse/issue. They were extremely quick to respond but just a little inconvenient. The smell in the mornings (like sewerage) in building one is very bad. Not sure why this is so. It wasn't apparent in the other building where breakfast was served.

Our room was upgraded to the President Suite which was amazing!! We had other friends staying in the standard room and they were also extremely happy with their room. I believe our upgrade was due to us being Wyndham members which I did mention at check-in, though we hadn't booked through Wyndham. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety and the service went above and beyond. Overall prices were reasonable for this standard of hotel.

Throughout the duration of my five-night stay, the breakfast provided was rather monotonous, offering the same uninspiring options every morning. This lack of variety was somewhat disappointing and did not meet my expectations for an enjoyable dining experience.

I am thoroughly impressed by both the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtfully crafted design of the room, not to mention the exceptional courtesy and competence exhibited by the staff.

Food was OK both at breakfast and in the restaurant. When changing money, the front desk insisted on bank notes that were absolutely 100% pristine (they rejected one very new crisp note because it has an ink spot the size of the top of a ballpoint pen), saying that the bank would reject them otherwise, but we had no issues changing money anywhere else.

Friendly staff, room was perfect for our needs, everything very clean. Staff was very helpful with taxi and other arrangements.

There wasn't anything bad about this hotel. Its a little further from some areas of interest but it is a good location to be closer to the airport.

absolutely amazing staff. They were professional and courteous. They were able to meet all our needs. We had a group of 12 people and this hotel was a great relaxing place.

I will talk about a situation that happened to me and the matter was dealt with very professionally by the manager and I thank him Mr. Raju Regmi, he was very cooperative as my wife passed by the room that I had reserved and my reservation was two rooms, they asked what was bothering us and we explained to them and he did nothing but move us to a suite with two rooms and indeed we were moved and they made sure of our comfort in general the hotel is very friendly and I also thank Mr. Siroj Maharjan he knows how to speak Arabic and his style is very respectful and he was cooperative with us I thank them and I apologize for forgetting a person who received me at the beginning and made me enter he deserves thanks as well
