The traffic is so busy, but the staff helped me with that. The food is so well prepared and described, it was spectacular, wide variety, excellent. The building is tastefully decorated, clean and fresh. Very good stay, staff is exception al!!

The staff is very cordial and cooperative. Food can be better though. Room is extremely comfortable and clean, the location of the property is very convenient. I stayed here for the second time and will like to go back to stay again.

Spain2 Reviews“Friendly staff and great ammenities”As a point for improvement I would offer different type of dining options (only an Indian and Japanese restaurant are available). Perhaps a wider menu with western offers would also be appreciated. But this is a minor issue, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
Everything was perfect during our stay: from the super friendly and helpful staff to the comfort of the rooms. Location is top notch, and ammenities are great (shout out to the SPA, we had 3 different massages!).

The best staff ever hikmat , Santos, and sonkalba and the best egg chief in the restaurant , they have fair nice breakfast but wonderfull service, I recommend any one to try butter ..its super different. Reception they are great , gym isn't so great it needs some care , the roof restaurant is also wonderfull ,hotel is near from everything, it was great stay would love to visit again.

I ordered from the late night room service menu did not receive my food for over an hour and a half, finally ended up having to cancel the order. The air conditioning/heating in the room did not work.

great hotel, great location, great in-hotel app to order any Room service and Massages. The hotel was very well staffed with very professional people from house keeping to concierge. The rooms are very clean and hotel is fairly new. The view from 5th floor of the Himalayas was stunning and I stayed there for 9 days..

I really like the location of the hotel. Also how the rooms are laid out. Everything was so convenient. Also how there are two restaurants one area for breakfast and another for dinner. Just tremendous.
